Pros:

Top Hotel an ausgezeichneter Lage (nahe zum Zentrum und direkt an der Bergbahn). Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ich wurde oft mit Namen begrüsst. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, gross, modern eingerichtet und trotzdem mit alpinem Charme. Es verfügte über einen grosszügigen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und fantastischer Aussicht. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Restaurant waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider hat der wunderbare, grosse Balkon keinen Sonnenschutz.

My husband and I flew to Geneva for a trip through Switzerland, Italy, and France. Our first night was spent at the W Verbier. It was outstanding. Just driving from Geneva to Verbier was so beautiful. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Emma and Maude at reception, who were the right blend of friendly, informative, and professional. The room we were given was gorgeous. Attached is a photo of the view from our balcony. The bed and pillows were perfect. It was so good to sleep off jet lag in such a beautiful and peaceful location. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast couldn't have been better. We met Francesca and Blaise at breakfast, who told us about living in the Swiss Alps. All the rest of our stays on the trip were great, but none could compare to the W Verbier.

La ubicación y la vista de la habitación era espectacular.

Se notaba demasiado que les faltaba personal, sobre todo en los servicios de alimentación.
El servicio del restaurante es deficiente.
Mesa sucia, copa y cubierto sucio, demora de más de 45 minutos, retiran el plato y no vuelven a marcar el cubierto, presentación personal de las niñas que llevan la comida o las bebidas a las mesas demasiado desordenadas y no acorde a un restaurante de este nivel, las chicas que llevan las cosas hacen demasiado ruido y se les caen las cosas.
Es muy bonita la infraestructura para el nivel de comida que se ofrece; devolví hasta mis papas fritas, ya que estaban pochadas en aceite 0 crocancia y no estaban firmes.
Es lamentable y decepcionante lo que viví en el restaurante Brasserie 1519.
La responsabilidad no es del personal que atiende; es de quien lo administra; los chicos hacen lo que pueden. Se nota demasiado que faltan más trabajadores con un restaurante lleno.

Les odeurs de cigare qui remontent de la terrasse dans les chambres, pas top mais on ne peut pas interdire aux fumeurs...

Great stay but Check-in could have been smoother
Pros:

Very well located
Room was very nice

Cons:

We came by car and the vallet was not there
Then it took quite some time as some customers who arrived at the same time wanted to negotiate a different suite … we clearly felt we were not a priority.
Then we had to take care of our luggages ourselves as it was taking ages and we wanted to go to the spa (which was closing 45mns later)

An excellent ski Hotel with superb staff!
Pros:

The staff exceeds every expectation. They go above and beyond to help guest with every request. The location, spa and ski room are excellent!

Cons:

The room was a bit tight but they do give you ample areas to put away ski items. The only thing we did not like was how dark the hallways are. It's a bit disorienting because everything is black and there is so little light.
