Um hotel maravilhoso
Pros:

A pousada é linda, muito bem cuidada, limpa com jardins lindos. O quarto é muitíssimo espaçoso, muito bem equipado e mobiliado afim de auxiliar na sua estadia. Chuveiro forte e quente.

Cons:

O hotel tem uma localização boa, uma região com casas e hotéis muito bonitos. Entretanto, apesar de ser consideravelmente próximo ao Capivari, ir à noite andando é um caso a se pensar, não é tão perto quanto parece e as ruas até o Capivari são pouco iluminadas.

Muito bem localizado, próximo do Capivari (possível deslocamento a pé, para quem gosta de caminhar e não quer se incomodar com estacionamento). O café da manhã é excelente.

Em dois momentos, fiquei sem quente quente no chuveiro. Sendo água de aquecedor, deixei por vários minutos a água fria escorrer até que começasse a esquentar, mas isso não aconteceu. Após 15 minutos, tentei novamente e a água estava quente .

Café da manhã ruim. Por ser em um local frio a estrutura não é adequada, pois a área de café da manhã fica separada o que deixa desconfortável por ser muito frio. Os alimentos do café da manhã eram gelados, ressecados e o local muito frio. Pouca variedade e de baixa qualidade.
