Pues una vez ubicado en el apartamento, nos llamaron de recepcion al rato de estar en el apartamento para cambiarnos de planta, mi sorpresa fue que pregunto por que y me dicen en recepcion que nuestro apartamento ya lo habia reservado otro cliente, entonces le conteste que ni hablar y me opuse a cambiar sobre todo por tener todo el equipaje deshecho y ubicado en los armarios, pero lo que me mas me sorprende y me molesto fue que otros clientes puedieran tener reservado el apartamento y yo que llevo asistiendo a este Hotel 10 años e intentado siempre reservarlo con tiempo el mismo apartamento y nos lo han negado contestandonos el Hotel que solo por orden de llegada, o ¿es que hay clientes favoritos?, pues si se puede reservar apartamento que me indiquen en la reserva como hacerlo ya que siempre reservo con bastante tiempo y casi siempre la misma fecha.La verdad que es la primera vez que nos ocurre y todavia me siento confuso.
