Pros:

The location is terrific and the hotel is really good! What we really loved what how nice the staff was: it was pouring rain and they made sure to give us wet towels to dry and then walk us to the taxi and helped us with umbrellas. We felt taken care of. Thank you so much!

Pros:

We really loved our stay and enjoyed the Breakfast each morning. There was also a free happy hour. The staff were very friendly and even had a prized game when we arrived. We overall loved our experience here. Perfect location and amazing space in the room.

Pros:

まず、立地が良い。雨が降ったが、すぐ前に地下街入り口があり濡れずに移動できた。
お店も多く便利。
ホテルは合理的。最上階の大浴場は清潔。

I felt like I had a place to call "home" in a foreign country.
Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful: they provided directions for our itinerary, recommendations on local spots, communicated details about our stay thoroughly, etc. We felt extremely comfortable thanks to their welcoming attitude, especially as foreigners that only knew basic Japanese. The entire hotel was clean, well-organized, and stylish which was important in making it feel like a fun stay.

Unforgettable and hope to visit again!
Pros:

The staff is one of the kindest people I’ve met. Very helpful and cheerful and always ready to help you out with questions. They even provide you full information to find the best places to eat, drink and what to do and explore around the city. The rooms are very comfortable, clean but make sure that the cheaper rooms don’t have a shower. Though the ones with, are still very affordable and the bed was amazing! The lounge was very comfortable and if you’re a true chef, you can even cook your own food in the lounge at the beautiful kitchen. The sauna was super!!! But my big thanks and appreciation goes to the entire staff. You truly made my trip unforgettable, so thank you! I’ll recommend anyone and I’ll do as for my friends and family if they ever visit Osaka! Thank you 🙏 so much

Stylish and comfortable stay! Super central Shinsaibashi location, easy walk to Dotonburi
Pros:

We loved staying here, such a great location - and stylish, hospitable staff and adequate room. We enjoyed the drinks from 4pm, and room very clean.

Cons:

Hard to fault, only thing might be there weren't heaps of places to hang up towels after use.
