Toller Aufenthalt, top Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Metro. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die bekannte Einkaufsmeile. Personal war sehr freundlich, stets zuvorkommend. Das Café im Haus ist sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren leider nicht gut isoliert, nachts war es dadurch durch die Straße sehr laut.

Goede locatie, dichtbij de drukte maar toch rustig. Mooi hotel en ruime kamer

Bed was wat klein voor 2 personen en de gordijnen waren te kort waardoor het heel licht was in de kamer, ook snachts

Fabulous stay, to my surprise! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
Pros:

I was a little reticent going in due to the mixed reviews, but the pictures, price and location were good, so I thought how bad could it be?? This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I loved my stay here! The staff were so warm and friendly, the decor and vibe of the whole place felt very modern and fantastic, the free drink service at night was great, i loved my room, and i loved the onsen experience!! All in all, a fabulous time, and I would totally come back again!

Cons:

There were only 2 things to really nitpick about, one was the temperature of the room~ it got freezing cold most nights i was there (i stayed 3 nights), so much so, that i called down to the front desk to try to adjust the temperature no less than 5 or 6 times over the course of my stay.... it didn't really help, and I understand the temperature is controlled for the whole floor, but it was just way too cold, they should have individual temp control in each room like most do. The other thing was, I was a little confused about the free alcoholic drinks~ i think u get one free drink a night, and i asked the front desk about it and the lady told me just one free drink, but the reviews here make it seem like it was unlimited free alcohol or something, so that could be made more clear.

Great position close to everything we needed.
Pros:

I loved the staff and the little add Ons they had like happy hour and a little history tour of Osaka. Loved that!

Cons:

Didn't like the Onsen upstairs it didn't feel right and could do with a few plants or something to soften it.

Best stay in Osaka
Pros:

The property was so beautifully done. The lounge was so nice. Room was very spacious and clean. The cafe was really cute and cosy. The location was perfect. Few mins walk to the shopping area and the metro. We will definitely come back here.

Práctico y bien situado para visitar osaka
Pros:

El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a enviar las maletas al siguiente hotel. Fueron un primer encuentro genial para situarnos nada más llegar a japón.

Cons:

Quizá era un poco complicado ajustar la temperatura, hacía un poco de frío en la habitación y la calefacción (bomba de aire) no calentaba demasiado, y resecaba si lo tenías mucho rato encendido como cualquier aire acondicionado
