Location was ideal for what we needed
Pros:

Location. The girl on reception with dark hair was lovely and very helpful

Cons:

Room could have been cleaned better. Could do with some redecoration. Car park was filled with work vans

Pros:

If you need to be in Giffnock or local to Giffnock then the location is good.

Cons:

The Hotel room was very tired looking, quiet small but more importantly very dirty. It needed a good clean and certain things like the carpets and furniture needed a deep clean or replacing.
Thick dust was around the bedside cabinets and Tv area and the bathroom was tiny.
It looked run down and shabby
At over £209 for 1 night we felt is was exceptional poor value for the money.
We lived in Giffnock for 15 years until very recently and know the bar and restaurant is fabulous for food, atmosphere and staff service but the hotel room we were allocated sadly let the property down.

Comfortable friendly hotel. less than 15 minutes by train to centre of Glasgow.
Pros:

Good a la carte breakfast. hotel well located. good bar/restaurant, also good selection of restaurants /coffee shops / shops close by.

Was a pleasant quite hotel even though it is near everything shops bars etc inside is very cosy .
Pros:

First morning I had a full breakfast was lovely but to big for me I didn’t realise I could have a smaller one never thought to ask I just read the menu . I have never stayed anywhere on my own before but felt very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Fab location, really helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent - really creamy fresh yoghurt with berries delicious!! (had eggs and oat cakes, coffee etc)

Cons:

No air conditioning in the hotel - due to heat wave made it quite difficult Otherwise, everything really good

We have stayed there many times and would do so again on a further visit to Glasgow
Pros:

location in dining room which was pleasant. In the past a cooked option was available. No longer offered. cereal etc was adequate

Cons:

Carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs could have been problematic for some. As a rule, it appears that the staff are prepared to assist
