O ambiente em si , restaurante funcionários
A cama era duas camas de solteiros, juntaram e fizeram uma de casal , anoite elas se separavam e criava uma brecha no meio delas
Atendimento excelente, acomodacoes limpas, confortaveis, espaçoso. Vista sem igual, localização sensacional. Fomos em familia: eu, meu marido e 3 filhos. ficamos muito bem acomodados.

Infelizmente tive que trocar de quarta pq o ar condicionado e o chuveiro elétrico não estava funcionando, mais foi resolvido
El desayuno era completo. el hotel tiene un área de recreación y área verde muy linda y entretenida. La piscina es grande y lo mejor de todo es que está alejado de todo el ruido de los otros hoteles que están en playas más visitadas. La vista de la habitación es hermosa y el ambiente es muy tranquilo.
Lo que si la playa que tiene al frente es peligrosa no es recomendada para el baño, deben caminar hasta ponta verde que es lo más cercano, pero está muy cerca caminando. Pero se valora es estar lejos de todo el ruido de las avenidas grandes.
La comida, el baño de la habitación era muy feo y viejo. Lo que no recomiendo es el buffet libre que tienen, es de muy mala calidad. Además llegamos a almorzar a las 14:20 y nadie nos avisó que iban a retirar la comida y no alcanzamos a comer postre ya que de un segundo a otro no quedaba nada, había más familias que solo alcanzaron el postre ya que comida no sirvieron más y lo que quedaba estaba seco, tieso y malo. El día que llegamos pedimos a la carta y eso era mucho mejor que el buffet libre, claramente harto más caro, pero mucho mejor.
A localização a vista é linda, o café da manhã é ótimo, os atendentes bem atenciosos.
Chegamos no hotel não haviam trocado a roupa de cama estava suja e não havia toalhas suficientes, a água do chuveiro fria só foram arrumar no terceiro dia de tanto a gente reclamar, faltava toalhas de rostos no banheiro. Ficaram 2 dias sem limpar o quarto e quando limpavam só tiravam os lixos o piso deslizava ( nojento) o box cheio de arreia porque não lavavam. Fora o cheiro de mofo e a qualidade das toalhas ( velhas) chegava a ser transparente.

I had originally booked from July 1st to 4th through Booking.com, but later decided to extend my stay by one day, until July 5th. When I arrived on July 1st, I clearly explained this situation at check-in and they told me there were no problems. However, when July 4th arrived, they asked me to change rooms, saying they were unaware of the new reservation, that it was for a lower category room, and that I immediately had to remove all my belongings and go to the lobby to wait for the new room to be ready. It was incredibly inconvenient because I wasn't prepared to move all my things. I lost more than two hours of my time changing rooms, and the worst part was the pressure; they kept calling me to hurry me along. I was very upset about this. It's a shame because otherwise, the stay was very good; in fact, in my rating for the first few days, I wrote that everything was excellent.
