We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is intimate, cozy, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Andrés. He was incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout our entire stay.
When we needed to get laundry done, he even helped us take it to the laundromat across the street so that we could spend our time exploring Quito instead of waiting around. He also gave us so many helpful recommendations for places to visit and things to do around the city.
What really stood out was the level of care he showed us. We had a very early departure, and Andrés was there waiting for us at 4:00 AM to make sure we got on our way safely. That kind of hospitality is rare and meant so much to us.
We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Quito! We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful property with unique style. Kind and responsive owner and staff who always went above and beyond and who made the stay special and personal.. Great location that is walking distance to many places. Good breakfast. Sweeping views of the historic district. Quiet location despite being so well located. The shared areas of the hotel are really special and relaxing.

Great location, nice people

A lovely family-owned and run B&B in Quito's historic quarter. Andreas and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs including an early breakfast one day before an excursion and getting us transport one day when the traffic was horrific. There's a great laundry across the road that did an entire load of laundry for us, washed, dried and folded for $6. Recommendations for restaurants, things to do were appreciated and added to our great 2-day stay. Location in the historic quarter was good with most things only a short walk away. And the house cat is beautiful! Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner went above and beyond to help me during my visit. For example, I needed to do laundry before continuing to my next destination, and they arranged everything for me. My clothes were washed and returned the same day at a very reasonable price while I was doing an excursion, which was incredibly convenient.

Another thing I greatly appreciated was that the hotel stored my luggage free of charge for two weeks while I traveled to the Galápagos Islands. This made my trip much easier, and I was able to pick everything up when I returned. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and helpful advice on exploring the city.

I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
