This is a charming converted old house a stone throw away from the old town with the best view from an enclosed terrace. Go there instead of the five star hotels in town. You won’t regret it!

The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice atmosphere.
Road noise, although the windows did a pretty good job of soundproofing. It was also easy to hear the other guests coming and going from their rooms.
The art is incredible! Comfy & cozy in a great location with beautiful views.

Quarto super limpo
Perfect location to explore Quito. It's located in a very safe area. We were able to walk just 5 minutes to 2 local restaurants and walking elsewhere was also easy and safe. It is a delightful boutique hotel too. We had 3 rooms booked for a family trip of 5 adults. All 3 rooms were spacious and comfortable. Transport was easily arranged through the hotel to and from the airport. Owner and staff all excellent, and they all spoke excellent English. Water was always available to fill water bottles. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. An amazing place to stop over for 3 nights!
Nothing to dislike. Anyone would be happy here. Very relaxed place.
