Pros:

とにかくロケーションが素晴らしかった。
オンラインチェックインやオンラインチェックアウトなど便利だった。
スタッフが親切だった。

Cons:

部屋が寒すぎた上、暖房の設定がなく温度設定のみだったのでなかなか暖かくならず部屋の中で重ね着をして過ごした。
照明ももう少し明るいほうが良かった。
料金の割にアメニティがよくなかった。

The hotel’s location is outstanding, just a 10-minute walk from La Rambla and surrounded by high-quality tapas restaurants. The staff demonstrated a consistently high level of attentiveness and care. The rooms were excellent, and the clean drinking water stations on every floor reflect a commendable commitment to sustainability.

The rooftop bar offers exceptional tapas and a great overall experience. We would like to extend special thanks to the Hotel Director, Mr. Diego, whose professionalism and hands-on support in our particular case were truly appreciated. Thanks to him and his team, our stay felt both seamless and genuinely welcoming—very much like home.
