Excellent location
Pros:

Among the receptionist Maraya (the young blonde girl) was the best and her English was better than the rest of them. She was always smiling, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Every time I left or returned to the hotel, she asked about my day, showed interest in what I had explored, and always had a warm, positive attitude. Location of the hotel is one of the biggest strengths it is within walking distance to major sites is located on a beautiful and safe street. As a solo traveller, I could walk at midnight without being worried, the beautiful long street is filled with lights very beautiful. Atmosphere was very nice , complementary coffee, tea, water fruit candies were available throughout the day wine was available after 3 pm. breakfast was not too bad. The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant.
Overall, thanks to the excellent location, the thoughtful amenities, and especially the blond girl receptionist Maraya’s outstanding customer service, I would happily stay here again.

Top ranked hotel who cares
Pros:

I traveled with family staying in two rooms. The hotel is in a very safe area close to shopping, food, drinks and sightseeing. Our group of eight stayed in two rooms categories, a triple and a family room (technically two adjoining rooms). Both rooms were clean and cool.
The hotel staff, ALL the staff members were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Alexandria was able to secure us tickets for La Família Sagrada upon arrival! ❤️ I searched for hours trying to find tickets. The staff also recommended places to dine and arranged transportation for us.
The breakfast did not blow me away but offered a variety of options. If we return to Barcelona, we WILL stay here again! I’ve already recommended it to friends.

Fantastic location and fabulous staff!
Pros:

The staff made our stay worthwhile, they were super efficient, courteous and very helpful.
location was ideal

Cons:

the room was small, and expensive for the lack of amenities, bathrooms offered very little privacy, the glass pane is also a safety hazard.
