Going back to Hobbs in May and I’m not going to stay there
Pros:

Not very good.

Cons:

I have stayed there several times and it seems to be slipping. Went on the elevator once and that was enough. Sounded like it was ready to die. The shower wasn’t spotless. I replaced my key 3 times and finally figured out it was the lock. I just had to keep playing until it wanted to open.

Friendly staff and clean room.

Cons:

Our room was near the courtyard and in the early morning the amount of pigeons roosting on the roof top near the window was loud and woke me up.

The smell of the room. The door dod bot close. Had to lift and pull very hard to get door to close. All towel racks and toilet paper roll holder were missing. AC would not turn off.

The staff was super friendly

Cons:

The room was extremely dark and the pool and hot tub were closed. When I asked the front desk why the pool and Jacuzzi were closed. I was informed that the manager didn't want to mess with it right now
