Nice stay and breakfast in St Austell
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice atmosphere in the bar/breakfast room. Small room but comfortable, ensuite with bath. Good location and free parking included

I'd stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. They took the trouble to explain the fire evacuation procedure which impressed me. Car park.

The room was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and comfortable. There was a generous supply of tea bags 👍 Credit to Amanda for preparing the room so well.

Cons:

Room 4 was noisy - traffic, gulls and smokers - so that, even with earplugs in, my sleep was impacted.

Friendly place and hardworking members of staff that make you feel welcome
Pros:

Good choices for breakfast. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The room was really nice and recently redecorated. Bathroom was very big and enjoyed the shower

Cons:

The only problem we encountered was trying to fill up the kettle as the design of the tap made it very difficult

Excellent value for money I will return if the price is is competitive.

Location was why I was attracted to this accommodation initially..POSITIVE
Then the price was the cheapest I could find BIG POSITIVE
Free car park ANOTHER POSITIVE and possibly a saving of approx £10 a day.for 4 days.
ALL the STAFF were friendly, helpful and nothing seemed to be too much.
The breakfast menu had a good choice.
The room was clean warm comfortable bed but no frills and the bathroom was everything I required.
I had a very good value for money hot dinner on 1 evening with a great salad on the side.

Pros:

Our room was nice and clean, comfy bed and a nice shower.
Breakfast area and the bar were welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with friendly service.

Lovely stay, great value for money.
Pros:

Lovely room. It was spotless and clean. And very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to anyone staying in St Austell.

Cons:

The breakfast was lovely but a bit of confusion on ordering. Make sure you ask specifically for the extras but what we had was delicious.
