Great hotel for the price
Pros:

Fantastic location to visit various attractions such as Eden Project, Heligan, Charlestown, Newquay. Very friendly staff. Great food. Comfy bed and pillows.

A perfect place to stay
Pros:

Central location, well appointed large clean room, great atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, very accommodating and helpful and the dining was great - thanks to the kitchen staff, great food selection and very tasty.

It was the staff that made it.
Pros:

The staff were really nice I was quite daunted by the fact that our room was several floors up, but one of the staff members was kind enough to carry my suitcase up there. I was glad there was parking, even though it was a short distance from the hotel, but it seemed secure. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Cons:

As you can expect, the room was quite small. If you are not very mobile, it can be quite a challenge getting up and down a lot of stairs. The shower was in a bath tub, which is always a bit risky climbing in and out of if you're mature.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut sehr nah an der Bus und Zug Bahnhof, von wo aus alles erreich bar ist. Das Frühstück war OK. Das Restaurant bietet gute Menü.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Frühstück Buffet es muss alles bestellt.

Pros:

Nice location, own car park, friendly staff, great breakfast and bar, nicely appointed room and bathroom.

Cons:

Sink in bathroom drained VERY slowly…two eggs for breakfast? That’s about it!!

Ok for the price but it has its disappointments.

Klimatyczny hotel w starym angielskim stylu. Na dole pub, co dodaje uroku.

Bardzo dobre tradycyjne śniadania angielskie. Serwowane z karty - możliwość wyboru

Cons:

Nie mam uwag. Dużą zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie (blisko centrum i blisko dworca kolejowego).

It was an easy and convenient place to stay where we were made to feel very welcome.
