Old building with plenty of character, and clean and well equipped. Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Convenient location, walking distance to Chowrasta and other shops. Spacious unit.
Housekeeping during our stay seemed less thorough, amenities not replaced, waste paper basket not empty.
Room were nice and clean, furniture was beautiful and overall hotel style too.
Staff was kind.
Breakfast was really really poor.
We had just one single towel per person and they didn't come to clean the room/change the towel.
Unfortunately our rooms were facing the streets and there's a lot of noise that kept all of us awake both nights.
Price of the spa is very high, there should be a good deal for guests at least.
For this level of hotel and considering all the beautiful hotels available in Georgetown for cheap prices, the service should have been much better.

Starting to show maintenance issue
The owner has invested a lot in restoration and maintenance of this historic building. The bedroom was well furnished with antiques.
The hotel bar has been stripped of alcohol for Halal compliance.

i love the room jaccuzzi, and the location on the hotel is so prime.
I wish that there would be more choices of breakfast. For the two days I stayed there, they served noodles on both days. It would be nicer if they switched to alternative dishes.
Location is amazing and that’s it. Nothing else.
We booked the 3 bedrooms property and another room in the main building. My review is mainly for the two-storey shoplot that was converted into a family unit and it was not well kept at all. The paint on the wall was peeling everywhere, the bathrooms were just downright disgusting to say the least. Mold was visible on the bathroom floor, under the sink, in the shower stall, the smell was horrid and I could go on and on. The jacuzzi on the first floor was not draining well and it was dirty when we first arrived. The fridge was not clean and the kitchenette was not fully stocked with appropriate utensils. There were dust on the beddings, on the living room furniture and the floor was not vacuumed properly as there was trash on the floor left by the previous occupants everywhere. Highly disappointed with the stay and will not repeat again.
Una decoración oriental preciosa. La ubicación muy buena. Cogimos este hotel por problemas en otro y fueron muy ágiles en prepáranos la habitación (bueno apartamento 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina, jardín con jacuzzy, saloncito) otra cosa es que una de mis amigas no sé encontraba bien y no bajo a desayunar. Pedimos si podíamos llevarle un vaso de leche y nos lo prepararon para llevar con unos cruasán, mermelada, mantequilla… todo un detalle que agradecimos.
Es una pena porque en los baños, los muebles de lavabo eran muebles chinos preciosos pero se encontraban un poco deteriorados. En uno de las duchas no conseguimos agua caliente.
Ubicación y tamaño habitación, junto relación calidad-precio
Colchones necesitan un cambio “ayer”.

Plug points in the bedrooms & toilet not working. Please check the wiring. To add aircond at the living hall so that we could spend more time there before we go the bed.

Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente, cordiale e disponibile per ogni richiesta.
La camera era davvero spaziosa, dotata di un terrazzino con vista interna e di un ampio bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio.
Esperienza molto positiva, assolutamente consigliato!
Just the location
Apart from the location, our experience couldn’t have been worse.
Our room had COCKROACHES, it wasn’t clean at all, the bathroom leaked water all over the floor, and the noise was unbearable.
What was even worse, however, was the attitude of the housekeeper. He was extremely rude and unfriendly.
We asked for insect spray, but instead he came to our room to look for the cockroaches. Of course, they hide when there’s movement. Since he couldn’t find them, he refused to spray the room and even asked us for proof! Just take a look at the other reviews on this page.
We received neither an apology nor a refund. In the end, they moved us to another room in a different building. It didn’t have cockroaches, but it was much smaller and in worse condition.
Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. An awful experience.
