Fijn verblijf in een sfeervolle ruimtelijke plek.
Pros:

Wat het meeste beviel was de centrale ligging van de accommodatie, de grote van de ruimte en authentieke inrichting.

Cons:

Eigenlijk beviel alles wel, maar misschien om een puntje van aandacht bij de vloerparket in de hal vlakbij de gedeelde badkamer. Die staan schots en scheef waarschijnlijk door waterschade. Die mogen wel vervangen worden voor een nettere aanzicht.

Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel. De kamer was werkelijk fantastisch. Hotel kan ik zeker aanraden. Georgetown centrum is aan te lopen.

Cons:

Er werd geadverteerd met zwembad, dat is nu een aquarium. Parkeren is lastig. Ik had in de reviews gelezen dat het ontbijt karig is. Nou dat vond ik niet. Er was van alles. Brood, fruit, Aziatisch eten, koffie, thee, sinaasappelsap.

Enjoyed the stay and proximity to everything.
Pros:

Lovely heritage building in great location. Walking distance yo most attractions and food places.
Staff friendly and good variety for breakfast. Molly very kind and helpful in the breakfast area.

Cons:

Bed very firm. Probably a little run down but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Our August stay 2026
Pros:

We loved the staff. The breakfast lady was like having a mum every morning. She was on the run all through breakfast making sure everything was good. The desk staff & maintenance staff alway accommodating. The suites were spacious & the beds so comfortable. Great location.

Cons:

The property is in desperate need of maintenance. Power points falling out of the wall. Base of shower has cracked so maybe leaking down stairs, grout falling out of tiles &, leak in the toof in the bedroom.

An experience of ancient room stay
Pros:

The outlook historical architecture of the hotel, it's good for photo taking.

Cons:

We've stayed for 3nights, the drainage of washbasin in toilet is noisy everytime you use. Housekeeper doesn't refill bath towel and toilet paper when only 1roll of toilet paper left. TV channel is limited to local language and the control is complicated to operate. My friend told me their room didn't clean because they forgot to put "make up the room" signage however they notice the aircon and TV was closed n hanging fan has turned on while the rest no change, coffee cup not clean, no refill bath towel & toilet paper when they've returned to their room. Calling housekeeper late night around 10pm after return from dinner outside for a new towel feeling kind of disturbing to them when this is a 4star hotel, isnt it the standard service is 24hours room service. We have report this to frontdesk on the second day, the following 2nd & 3rd night has no more issue. Aside from this, hotel location is perfect close to shopping and food street.

Pros:

De locatie is super goed. Je zit midden in oude gedeelte en loopt zo naar allerlei leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Hamediyah is locale specialiteit en echt een aanrader. Zit om de hoek. Auntie Gaik is ook een aanrader, zeer betaalbaar 1 sterrenrestaurant, je moet wel reserveren.
Ook love lane met allerlei baretjes is dichtbij.
Wij hadden als hotelkamer een heel huis. Qua ruimte perfect voor gezin van 5 personen. De bedden zijn echter heel erg hard. Voor 2 nachten prima en het was ook goed betaalbaar.
