Pros:

Hotel in posizione ottima per visitare comodamente George Town e le principali attrazioni della zona.

Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente, cordiale e disponibile per ogni richiesta.

La camera era davvero spaziosa, dotata di un terrazzino con vista interna e di un ampio bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio.

Esperienza molto positiva, assolutamente consigliato!

Plug points in the bedrooms & toilet not working. Please check the wiring. To add aircond at the living hall so that we could spend more time there before we go the bed.

Apart from the location, our experience couldn’t have been worse.

Our room had COCKROACHES, it wasn’t clean at all, the bathroom leaked water all over the floor, and the noise was unbearable.

What was even worse, however, was the attitude of the housekeeper. He was extremely rude and unfriendly.
We asked for insect spray, but instead he came to our room to look for the cockroaches. Of course, they hide when there’s movement. Since he couldn’t find them, he refused to spray the room and even asked us for proof! Just take a look at the other reviews on this page.

We received neither an apology nor a refund. In the end, they moved us to another room in a different building. It didn’t have cockroaches, but it was much smaller and in worse condition.

Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. An awful experience.

Not what I expected as advertised.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic, location is excellent for variois food experience.

Cons:

Address on booking website is incorrect, had to contact hotel for correct address to complete arrival form.
Bed linen and towels are of poor quality and has a musty odour. Housekeeping is not daily, needs to be requests for it. TV signal is slow and poor.

It’s a good hotel, I got the jacuzzi , thank you so much, we got 2 bed room. The breakfast simple but so delicious 🩷, the staff so nice

Pros:

El alojamiento era enorme!! Nos quedamos 5 personas y fue muy cómodo. Es verdad que necesita mejorar algunos detalles del alojamiento que están anticuados y estropeados pero en relación al precio está muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno también.
