Boa alternativa de hospedagem
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, pois fica próximo à saída de Canela para Gramado, tem restaurantes com preços bons próximos também e dá para ir a pé até a igreja de pedra e rodoviária. Os lanches servidos no quarto são muito bons e com preços justos. Poderiam ter alguns pratos de sopa ou caldos no cardápio.

Cons:

Fiz reserva para três pessoas,( eu, minha mãe e minha sobrinha) na descrição do booking seria um quarto com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Quando chegamos, nos colocaram em um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Reclamei e a primeira atitude do recepcionista que me atendeu foi dizer que eu havia reservado errado, depois que mostrei no celular a reserva, disse que foi erro da plataforma, pois essa configuração de quarto era para 4 pessoas, não demonstrou proatividade para resolver o problema. Precisou outro funcionário intervir para que o problema fosse resolvido colocando uma cama auxiliar no quarto. A postura do primeiro recepcionista, foi, no mínimo, inadequada, a meu ver e,se dependesse dele,não teria solução para o caso.
A iluminação do quarto é péssima e do banheiro idem, o box fica praticamente escuro.

Ótima acomodação.
Pros:

De tudo. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel. Café da manhã, limpeza dos quartos, conforto e cordialidade de todos os funcionários fazem toda a diferença no local. O café da manhã é delicioso.
