One of the best memorable stays in luxury hotels in the country
Pros:

Food was amazing. Full marks goes to the chef. Staff was very courteous. Cleanliness level of room and the entire premises was excellent.

Pros:

Staff was very co-operative especially dining staff.
There was a person called Intesab,who attended us very well during our meal time.

Cons:

Some of the area in the property are ageing & needs to be renovated especially furniture at the reception area.Adult pool was well maintained but the kids pool was not as clean.

Mixed Experience at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon - Great Recovery by the Staff
Pros:

My recent stay at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon started on a disappointing note. The special room decoration I had requested to surprise my partner was forgotten, the management was aware about it (Himanshu, Neeraj gautam both of them should well communicated with the team as they have guaranteed my request through email a week ago) and there were maintenance issues in the bathroom - the shower head was broken and the water wouldn't stop running (Room no. 714). 22 hours of long flight and then you get a room which makes you more disappointed. A little more attention to detail at the beginning would have been appreciated.
But I must say, the staff made a remarkable recovery. Komal and Vanshika were absolutely wonderful - they were quick, professional, and resolved all my concerns with a lot of patience and care. Especially komal (GRE) who were keep in touch with me until I checked out to make sure if I required any assistance. A big thank you to our housekeepers "Jolly and Prashant" as well - they were very polite, efficient and kept the room perfectly clean and comfortable after the initial issues were fixed. And a heartfelt special thanks to "Golu", our concierge. He was outstanding! Very attentive, genuinely helpful and always available. He made us feel truly taken care of, like a personal concierge. While the start was shaky, the team - Komal, Vanshika, Jolly, Prashant and especially Golu - turned it around completely. Their hospitality is what I will remember. Hope the management looks into the initial checks, but kudos to this amazing team!

Need a better communication with the co department also guest preference should be mentioned in their profile to aware all other relevant departments.
