I really liked the overall presentation of the property. It was clean, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming.

’s a nice property overall, but it needs a few improvements.
There was no microwave, bar fridge etc , there was bad smell in the room .

Bed was comfotable

Cons:

Staff chased after us following breakfast. We had already paid for it. It took same time for them to realise this.
Staff not friendly, tv not working. Very noisy due to a wedding.. All cost in hotel very expensive. Not what we expected from a Hyatt hotel. Rooms not clean.
