Pros:

I really enjoyed the spacious room, tasteful design, and the well-appointed bathroom, especially the bathtub and generous wardrobe space. The parking experience was smooth and convenient, and the check-in process was efficient and hassle-free.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, the biggest disappointment of my stay. The breakfast area felt too cramped, with food items scattered around rather than arranged in a clear and organized manner. There was also no dedicated station for plates and cutlery, which made the experience less convenient.
I was particularly disappointed that there was no option for black coffee. Although I placed an order with the staff, they never returned with it.

Overall, the breakfast experience fell well below expectations and could definitely be improved in terms of organization, service, and variety.

Overall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality and breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast at Hyatt Regency was a good experience! Everything was tasty and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was really warm, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Komal, who was incredibly sweet, humble and welcoming. She made the experience even more pleasant! ✨

Cons:

The dinner, however, could have been better. The variety was quite limited, with fewer dishes to choose from, and the overall food quality felt pretty average. Compared to the breakfast spread, dinner was definitely a little underwhelming. The pool was under maintenance during our stay, so unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool experience. It would have been great to have access to it, especially during a relaxing hotel stay.

Pros:

I liked all the facilities provided by the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall the stay was pleasant and well-maintained and I really appreciated the overall ambience and services.

Cons:

At the poolside, there were a few guests creating disturbance for others by playing their own music at a high volume. It would be better if the hotel could ensure that the poolside remains comfortable and peaceful for all guests.

Pros:

Liked the size of the room, its very beautiful, the bathroom was beautiful, excellent view and great breakfast spread.

Cons:

I had come there for medical purposes, and I left my file behind in the room, and despite reaching out to them several times, either they didnt call me back or told me it wasnt there - which simply wasnt true. The file was left on the chair, and while it was my mistake, I really hoped that they would understand the gravity of it and find it and send it back.
