Não resolveram o problema da internet e se recusaram a estornar 1 diária que não usamos. Infelizmente péssima experiênci

o quarto é ótimo, o atendimento muito simpático e gentil embora pouco flexível e resolutivo

Cons:

a internet é PÉSSIMA. Nos trocaram de quarto e ainda assim não conseguimos nos conectar e fomos obrigados a nos mudar para outro hotel antes do término da reserva por conta da falta de conexão estável
