The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance, being It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

We inform that reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered as a group. In this case, full payment must be made immediately after booking, along with the submission of the rooming list. For group reservations, we do not offer complimentary rooms. In case of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

No geral é bom!
Pros:

O hotel é bem novinho e limpo
A localização é relativamente boa, mas pra ir nos bares à noite tem que pegar Uber (10min)
Mas tem tudo perto de farmácia, padarias
Só mercado que é mais longe
Café da manhã é bom mas pouco diversificado no dia a dia é não fazem omelete ou tapioca por exemplo , que ajuda a sair do mesmo que tem no dia a dia! Mas não é ruim
Quartos amplos , piscina boa e serviço de bar com pessoal muito atencioso
Tem uma agência de viagem dentro do hotel, então quem quiser fechar lá é ótimo , e a Camila que cuida da agência é muito prestativa
Tem também um quiosque de lembrancinha, que tem o melhor preço de todos os lugares que vendem! Então vale a pena fechar com eles tbm

Personal muy amable . Tanto en recepción como en caso de necesitar algún arreglo en el cuarto la respuesta es inmediata. Desayuno muy completo incluso con opciones libres de gluten. ubicacion óptima a metros de Av. principal con negocios y con dos opciones de comida ( Marías & Maria y Famiglia Maran) con buenos precios y variedad a 100 metros
