The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance, being It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

We inform that reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered as a group. In this case, full payment must be made immediately after booking, along with the submission of the rooming list. For group reservations, we do not offer complimentary rooms. In case of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Funcionarios sao amigaveis e atenciosos, cafe da manha excelente com muitas opcoes frias e quentes. Adorei!!!
Quarto simples, porem super limpo, boas toalhas e chuveiro com agua quente. Recomendo!
Nao usei a piscina, mas vi outros hospedes usando e aproveitando bastante.

Ótimo custo benefício, localização, conforto e café ótimos!
Pros:

Funcionários prestativos, quarto relativamente grande, ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

O papel higiênico que estava no porta papel estava encharcado. A limpeza do banheiro não é tão adequada, ralo da pia entupido e cabelo no box.
