The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance, being It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

We inform that reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered as a group. In this case, full payment must be made immediately after booking, along with the submission of the rooming list. For group reservations, we do not offer complimentary rooms. In case of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

El desayuno impresionante!! Y las instalaciones fenomenal

Cons:

Eramos un grupo de 5. Reservamos, por como lo ponía booking, dos habitaciones de matrimonio y una individual. Nos encontramos con 3 habitaciones con una cama de matrimonio y una individual, pudiendo habernos ahorrado una habitación.

Ótimo custo-benefício e localização
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, possui uma estrutura boa e um bom café da manhã.

Cons:

O único problema que eu tive foi com a academia. Fui em um dos dias e o ar estava desligado. Não encontrei o controle e não tinha nenhum colaborador por perto para me ajudar.

Pros:

Gosto muito desse hotel já me hospedei diversas vezes. A acomodação é confortável, os funcionários educados e solícitos e o café da manhã bem completo e saboroso.

Cons:

Faltou tomada ao lado da cama, havia apenas uma tomada no canto de uma das camas onde impossibilitou o uso da tomada ao menos para compartilhar.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, café da manhã muito bem preparado com bastante opções e tudo fresquinho.

Os funcionários foram super simpáticos !

Cons:

Achei o custo benefício bem ruim, o café da manhã era bem razoável e nada além disso, a variedade era até ok mas os salgados eram bem ruins então ficávamos presos as mesmas opções todos os dias (pão de queijo maravilhoso). Além disso, achei que, apesar de ser no centro, a localização poderia ser melhor e os quartos mais confortáveis, pelo valor pago não voltaria não !
