De kamer was oubollig maar verder prima , schoon en vrij ruim.
We boekten dit hotel op het allerlaatste moment ( 2 uur voor aankomst) , omdat we besloten onze reis naar zuid Portugal even te onderbreken met een stop in Burgos. Dit omdat mijn man daar graag even bij Spaanse collegae wilde gaan kijken bij zijn " zusterbedrijf" in de voedingsindustrie ... Het hotel had check in tot 24 uur, wij wisten dat we aankwamen tegen 22.30, dus dat was prima. . Onze bedoeling was in te checken en dan even 10 min terug te rijden naar Burgos voor een drankje met Spaanse collegae van mijn man. Onze kamer vonden we prima., kwam overeen met wat we geboekt hadden en we zijn wel wat oubolligheid qua interieur gewend. Het was schoon en gelukkig de gevraagde 2 een persoons bedden zodat mijn man en ik niet s nachts lopen te trekken aan 1 dekbed waar we samen onder moeten liggen. Tot zover dus prima. Maar tot onze grote verbazing werd ons aangegeven dat we alleen nog een minuut of 5 met onze hond konden wandelen en dat wij daarna niet meer naar buiten konden.. Dus ook niet naar collegae in Burgos. We waren te perplex om er iets van te vinden na een reis van een 12 uur, laat staan er iets op dat moment van te zeggen dus we zaten al om 23 uur letterlijk opgesloten in het hotel op onze kamer. De redenering van personeel (eigenaresse? Geen idee) was: morgen moet ik weer om 6.30 hier zijn. Pas daarna realiseerden we ons meer, wat we hier en daar ook teruglazen in enkele andere reviews hier: we konden dus niet zelf bepalen wanneer we het hotel wilden ingaan s avonds maar dus ook niet wanneer we eruit wilden. Wat als er brand ontstaat??? Dat hadden we al opgelost: meubilair van het cafe door het raam gooien . Maar we zagen ook geen brandpreventieplan. En we hadden een 12 jaar oude hond bij ons en hadden een kamer op de 2e verdieping.. Ik had nog wel durven springen besloot ik, mijn man ook, maar onze hond dan?.. en toen we eindelijk dan maar tegen 23.

Le parking privé de l'hôtel. La dame sympathique au moment du check-out.
La nonchalance du monsieur (âgé) à la réception. Pas un bonjour, pas un merci, et clairement l'impression de déranger. Les parties communes sont comme sur les photos mais pas la chambre (112). La dalle de plafond au-dessus de la baignoire pendouille, les plinthes sont gonflées par l'humidité, la vue est sur la toiture, les draps sont propres mais la couverture assez tachée, la poubelle n'a pas été vidée, la literie n'est pas confortable et pas mal de bruit durant la nuit. Si vous venez avec un chien, on vous demandera 11€ à l'arrivée et si vous devez le sortir avant 7h le matin, vous devrez appeler le monsieur nonchalant pour qu'il vous ouvre la porte (alors là vous le faites vraiment suer), et aucun endroit pour promener le chien à part un parking de camions plein de détritus. Le check-out s'est effectué avec une dame très sympathique et souriante, pour terminer sur une note positive.

Mettre des douches car les baignoires sont très dangereuses car il n’y a pas de tapis de bain
La commodité
Ne pas avoir ma facture directement à l’accueil car je dois la recevoir par mail mais je ne l’ai toujours pas eu en plus c’est pour la société donc j’en ai besoin pour la comptabilité, j’ai laisser les coordonnées à la réception d’ailleurs je les avais déjà envoyer ????avant notre arrivée à l’hôtel
