Overpriced and noisy due to the large fans right outside the window.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel was overpriced. My 2nd floor balcony was right over the HVAC units. Couldn't sit on the balcony or have the window open bc of the noise. The hotel should charge less for these rooms or advise when checking in.

Not a good value wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Located beside a great grocery store with a Starbucks!

Cons:

To start the front desk turned all guests away for check in stating that check in was at 4pm not before. This then created a long line of unhappy guests who went from the desk out to the front door. The room was dated and the bathroom was tiny. The shower could have been cleaner and the towels were paper thin.
It took 3 remotes to finally get the tv to work

The perfect place to end our 2 week Canadian Rockies vacation.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was the perfect size. The beds were very comfortable and the staff weee all friendly.

Cons:

Some maintenance needs to be done. The bathroom door does not shut properly.
Love that you have charger ports for the phones, they now need to be upgraded to C chargers as all phones going forward will have that USB cable. So nothing major

WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN! SHOULD HAVE SPENT MORE AND STAYED AT THE RAMADA UP THE STREET.

THE LOBBY WAS CLEAN AND THE ELEVATOR WAS FAST.

Cons:

TOO SMALL A BATHROOM, TV CHANNEL SELECTION WAS DIFFICULT AND THE BED WAS EXTREMELY HARD. ALSO, HAD TO ASK FOR MORE BATH TOWELS TWICE!!!! AMA DISCOUNT ONLY WORKED ON OUR ROOM, BUT NOT ON OUR SON'S EVEN THOUGH I DID BOTH BOOKINGS!!
