Gostei de tudo da localização até a acomodação
Devido a um imprevisto no café da manhã ninguém do hotel veio me abordar pra dar uma explicação ou até mesmo um pedido de desculpas.
Localização, cafe da manhã (incrível!!!), recepção (super atenciosos).
Localização maravilhosa, a 5 minutos caminhando da catedral de Canela. Atendimento dos funcionários nota 10, com mimo no quarto na chegada. A lá carte do café da manhã muito bom.
É apenas uma sugestão: avisar com antecedência que o banho no 4º andar demora uns 5 min para esquentar. Levamos um susto, já dentro do box, achando que o aquecimento estava estragado.

A manutenção deixou a desejar em alguns pontos, a porta estava um pouco emperrada, a cortina ameaçando cair..
