A estadia foi razoável, podia ser melhor com pequenas alterações que fazem a diferença.
A estalagem em si precisa de melhorias principalmente nas piscinas e zonas envolventes. Nota-se má limpeza , a água da piscina não é tratada ou pelo menos não deve ter o nível ideal de cloro e pH. tem verdete nas paredes da piscina. Para além disso, as piscinas não têm qualquer vigilância nem nadadores salvadores.
Os quartos são bons mas os colchões e almofadas não são confortáveis, o chão é em alcatifa e o cabo da TV estava danificado e não dava muito bem a maioria dos canais. A nível de limpeza dos quartos até foi boa porque era diária mas esqueciam-se de limpar tudo, tivemos uma aranha no tecto durante toda a estadia. :)

Fotos e expectativa foi diferente da realidade

Très bon séjour avec une équipe hôtelière au top !! Le cadre est très bien, au calme devant un lac.
Par contre certains espaces auraient besoins de rénovations.

we asked for a double room but it was not available. I think the hotel should tell you this at the time of booking so you can cancel if you want. although they have uodated the restaurant, there is still a lot needs to be done. The indoor pool looks tatty, the sink in our bathroom was cracked. The breakfast is cold buffet at weekends which isnt very exciting but has fruit brioche cheese, but on weekdays yoy have to maKe an order a1t the cafe. on the plus side, the location is marvellous. you can hire bikes and canoes really. cheaply. 8 euros an hour for a double canoe. it is close to Aveiro but their isnt anything to do in Fermentelos except enjoy the lake. The staff are very helpful and friendly..

Hotel simples mas com condições aceitáveis. Bem localizado e com staff muito atencioso.

Antiquísimo. Huele a moqueta. Instalaciones muy viejas. Por la noche desde la habitación se oía el ruido de una máquina, bastante molesto. Leyendo la descripción del lugar parece algo idílico y está sobrevaloradísimo. El desayuno excaso pero bueno.

Boa localização, alojamento limpo e com vistas para a Pateira. Funcionários simpáticos e muito prestavéis.

O local é muito aprazível e a estalagem fica situada mesmo na margem da grande lagoa.
Considerando o preço não se pode exigir mais.
Recomendo vivamente...

The staff were absolutely fantastic. I think the hotel is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff. They went out of their way to help. The indoor pool was fantastic, the outdoor pools looked great but we didn't use them at this time of year. Bikes were available free of charge. The breakfast was good, not the most comprehensive we've ever had but the family enjoyed it and what a fantastic view of the lake from our table ! Our room was ok, comfy beds, good shower, a little dated but I saw that some of the rooms we passed had been upgraded. But my main point is to say a big thank you to the staff "cinco estrelas!" When we left our little girl left her pyjamas under her pillow and we received a call to say they could send them on to us... fantastic service ! but we were close by, so picked them up :)

Hotel muito confortável, a simpatia do pessoal faz-nos ainda sentir melhor. A qualidade das refeições é muito boa e o sitio é excelente para um descanso, mesmo se for curto. O hotel necessita de ser remodelado mas isso não afecta a comodidade nem a sua qualidade considerando que o hotel é dos anos 70.

Havde den tvivlsomme fornøjelse af to overnatninger på dette hotel. Aldrig har jeg oplevet noget så ringe. Hoteller står originalt, som siden seneste renovering en gang i tredserne. Gangene og værelserne er mørke med slidte gulvtæpper. Fællesarealerne ligner noget fra polensfærgen ano 1965. Morgenmadenbestår af Hvidt brød, ost samt dåse ananas og fersken. Eneste plus ved stedet er en udemærket pool og søen, som hotellet ligger ud til. Samtlige familierum har udsigt til parkeringspladsen. Nærliggende Aveiro er en hyggelig by med super strand, der bestemt er et besøg værd.

Excelente relação qualidade-preço. Recepcionistas particularmente profissionais e simpáticas.

The hotel is tired & dated. It is not near any amenities. Nice pool area. Lovely staff

I like the large rooms very much. Thin walls in combination with noisy guests doesn't make it comfortable to stay and especially sleep there. The WiFi connection was very difficult to get. Had my problems with mobile phones as well as computer. There staff there is very nice, friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast wasn't that awesome. I had the impression, having breakfast in this area does not seem to be important. Maybe compared to other main meals per day.

Estadia bastante agradável, excente piscina exterior e interior. Pequeno-almoço razoável e o buffet do restaurante compensa pelas entradas pois os quentes não são grande coisa.

Ainda que o hotel já tenha alguns anos esse aspecto é amplamente compensado com a simpatia do pessoal, a higiene e tamanho dos quartos bem como o excelente restaurante.
