Excellent restaurant & staff. Beautiful surroundings, lovely shower, lovely large room. Water provided each day in the room. I really loved my room. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming.
Only tiny things - no variation at breakfast, no milk in the living area fridge for tea or coffee & sometimes breakfast set up late by 15 mins which wasn't ideal as the breakfast time wasn't long anyway.

The room description photos are wrong it shows a lounge area except this isn't just yours. 3 rooms share this and reviewing again on web sites it doesn't state this so actually its one front door 3 bedrooms and one sitting area.... not what we booked for.
Irs also a hike on rough wooden planking to your room if high up.
I Definitely couldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone A big disappointment and where did they get their star rating from ?
The restaurant dinner was for us a disaster sorry to say and they couldn't wait to shut. food was rushed and inedible we ate at 7.30pm .
The Breakfast looked stale and tiny portions we tried a some and left to eat outside There is a superb restaurant..at the Harbour.
As expectativas foram atendidas. O restaurante é muito bom, ainda mais se comparado às opções existentes na ilha.
Durante o jantar, a equipe do restaurante colocava o som demasiadamente alto por gosto próprio, porque ficavam, inclusive, cantarolando. Embora gentis, precisam de treinamento nesse sentido - descontração não se confunde com permissividade. A iluminação do quarto pode ser repensada, notadamente na bancada das pias.

Hay pequeños detalles, la cama extra grande, unieron 2 camas y se hacía un espacio entre las dos que no era cómodo, el shampoo no era de calidad todo el resto de los productos impecable. Y las toallas que pusieron un día tenían una pequeñas manchas

The property looks very nice with the houses/rooms spread in the middle of a beautiful garden.
The staff is very welcoming, attentive and helpful.
Breakfast was good and food at the restaurant excellent. The tours organised with an excellent guide who did her homework to provide a lot of information.
Some details need to be worked out:
The coffee is just horrible and the hotel should invest in a proper coffee machine.
The towels in the bathroom need a little bit of softener.
Laundry is fine but ironing (particularly of shirts) is not.
Excelente propiedad en un lugar tranquilo de la isla. Habitaciones amplias muy comodas con toda clase de detalles para hacer su estadia placentera. Buen restaurante con varias opciones y excelente atencion. Gracias Diego! Front desk muy solido y muy eficiente.
El desayuno carece de variedad sobretodo en la seccion de frutas. El transfer al aeropto se hizo tarde con la consecuencia que he tenido que estar al fin de una larga fila antes del control de seguridad.

Everything was perfect!
We had an amazing stay at Hare Uta! Our room was large and very comfortable, with a huge shared common area. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lovely gardens with flowering trees and plants. We had originally booked bed/breakfast, but the hotel offered half-board for a reasonable price. The best part was that this package included all all the excursions plus dinners (lovely restaurant with good food and wine).
The best part of our stay was the excursions. Our guide, Nuku, was absolutely fantastic. He was a local Rapa Nui whose family has been on the islands for generations. His grandfather was one of the young men who worked to restore the Moai's to standing position, and his mother was a 2-term governor of the island! He was a fountain of knowledge of history and legend, and seeing the island through his eyes was a privilege and a pleasure. On top of everything, he was an amazing photographer and a really fun guy!
We only had a short time on the island (2 days), but we were able to see and experience everything with 1 full day tour, 2 half-day tours and a bonus sunrise tour of Tongariki (amazing - not to be missed!). Really, a once-in-lifetime experience all made possible by Hare Uta and Niku.
