Was not all bad , good staff and great location, just a few little things , but you get what you pay for .
Pros:

Was in close proximity to the city , and the price was good

Cons:

Coffee and tea suppled was good but no milk , the furniture is a bit out dated and the bed was not real comfortable

Pros:

The property was old and not exactly how it’s shown in the pictures.

Cons:

The ac was leaking water all night. Two single beds was joined together and given as a queen bed. Staff was rude and not even a single apology for giving us a bad room. They did had a better room in the same apartment but chose to lock it and gave us a bad room instead.
When complained through booking.com no proper response or we tried to call the property and they did not even bother to respond.

Best value for a stay close to Brisbane
Pros:

The pool and the sauna. Nice television. Nice receptionist who helped me. The owner was helpful and tried to arrange our reservation due to a mistake (shifted reservation of 1 day). Dishwasher and AC. Fan in the bedroom.

Cons:

The lack of cooking tools (we could have ask the receptionist but it would have been a long list) . Our ground floor apartment had Single‑glazed windows and therefore poor sound insulation. The shower only had separate hot and cold taps.

Location was great . The pool and gym are good too. Love the night and morning view from my room.

Great place to stay. I can highly recommend it! . . Convenient to the city and easy to drive to.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So friendly and very efficient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and just a nice place to stay when in Brisbane. There were plenty of facilities such as a pool and gym but I didn’t have time to explore those.

Cons:

A tea towel in the kitchen would’ve been great as well as an oven tray, pot scrubber and a few more kitchen items.

I absolutely loved my stay, few hiccups but overall it was quiet, comfortable and accomodating - would absolutely stay h
Pros:

I loved that the place was very spacious, the balcony and view were good and ofc spacious as well.

Cons:

Besides the construction noise here and there, I thought the place needed a bit of a deep clean, bit of dust here and there on the window sills and drawers. I had found a false eyelash in the freezer 😂

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, je recommande
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Brisbane à pied, accès aux sites emblématiques de la ville en 20/30 min à pied maximum. Résidence sécurisée et bien équipée (piscine, saunas et espace sport).
L’appartement est lui aussi bien équipé, cuisine complète, lave linge et sèche linge a disposition, salle de bain et chambre propre. Et le réceptionniste est très gentil et accueillant.

Cons:

Le bâtiment voisin étant en travaux, nous avons été réveillé tous les jours à 6h par les bruits environnants très bruyants
