Extremely disappointed
Pros:

Nothing. This place depressed me.

Cons:

My accommodation needs to be gutted and renovated. Old curtains which are dirty, old sofa with a throw cover on it, rust in bathroom, dirt on skirting boards, light bulbs missing and others flickering, microwave very old and smelt horrible when in use, no kitchen tea-towel, pillows smelt old and should have been replaced long ago. Don't know why this place has a 4 star rating.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

Very spacious, comfortable, great price and the location is perfect

Cons:

Could have been cleaner and the dryer is very loud. Front desk check in very inefficient.

Pros:

The reception was fantastic, polite, friendly..
The location was great and the building had nice amenities. Room was clean, large, quiet.

Cons:

I wwas slightly disappointed that they don’t leave you with an extra garbage bag, a dish rag, some soap.
I understand it’s not a full serviced apartment, But some basic items to keep the place clean would be nice.

Excellent, clean and well organised accomodation in Brisbane. Recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

Great communication, needed to do a late check-in and everything was organised and in place before my arrival and found everything ran super smooth.
All facilities were as listed, able to do some cooking and bed comfortable and linen and all areas clean.

Cons:

Little bit dated. Stained curtains and aircon unit a little tired but I felt super comfortable during my stay.

It’s halfway way house needs a revamp

It’s minimalistic
The room smelt musky
Stepping in and out of a bath thought those days had gone.
Parking your car between other cars was tight, potentially causing a dent, scratch by either party .
I had no power to the gpo at the floor level, after the third day.
You could hear the coming and going of every one on the floor.
It felt hollow.
It fact it felt depressing going there, I would say of all the hotels in the world I’ve travelled to, this not a four star hotel, who ever awards these awards or recommends this hotel as a four star must be a part owner
In fact the last 3 nights I spent the rest of my trip across the road in the republic where my friend was staying, luckily her second bedroom was free.
I couldn’t wait to get of there.
The best I could describe it would be a halfway house for people transitioning in their life.
