Location
Noisy construction
Central location, nearby parking, helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.
Really good position on the square.
Unfortunately there was major renovation happening while we were staying.
Amazing location in the heart of the city. Cannot say more as very disappointed with room issue, staff and renovation works. You could do better Ibis!
No notification of major renovation works going on throughout hotel. Only told of renovation on breakfast room? Did not get the room we paid for and nothing offered instead or as a gesture for that. Misleading photos on this site. Be careful when booking.
The room was cozy but very efficient. Nice bed, bathroom.
The included breakfast was supposed to be at a neighbouring restaurant at 6:45AM, however when we got there, nothing was set up. We had an 8:30 flight to catch so we just left.
Location is obviously fantastic, breakfast options are great. Lovely staff.
For booking a more premium room it could have been bigger
Lication is great, with a quiet courtyard out front for a bit of quiet from busy Toulouse and the heat. Room was spacious and quiet, great air-conditioning, bed comfy, bathroom etc great size with great shower. Bed was huge!!!!
Breakfast was ok
Location, breakfast is so.good.

Location and staff
There was a refurb going on and this caused some disruption - we were warned the restaurant would be closed and we would use alternative facilities but not that workmen would be so close to our room
