de staff was zeer dienstbaar, ze hebben mij goed geholpen de juiste kamer te krijgen.
Het ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider, maar de ontvangst door de gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk.

Hotel muy bueno para moverse por Toulouse.
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación,en plena plaza de capitales.
El personal muy amable y hablando español.
El desayuno muy bueno, opciones para todos los gustos. Bolleria, bizcochos caseros,pan de varios tipo, mermeladas artesanas de sabores rarísimos.
Quesos,yogur,jamón York, huevos revueltos,salchichas, beicon,etc.
La habitación familiar,muy bien para niños mayores o grupo de amigos.Tienen dos cuartos de baño uno con bañera y otro con ducha.Se habren con la misma tarjeta aunque te dan dos.
El hotel tiene para hacer te y café en la entrada del hotel.
La habitación no tiene lujos,pero es grande y cómoda.
Ropa de cama y toallas de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

No te dan ningún tipo de articulo de aseo tipo gorro de ducha, cepillo de dientes,champú, acondicionador,etc.
Hay dosificador de jabón líquido en lavabo y ducha.
Para familia con niños pequeños no vale estás habitaciones ya q la puerta de casa una se cierran solas, nosotros pusimos unos atasca puertas q no iban muy bien.

Fabulous breakfast buffet that included eggs- unusual in France.
Staff were very kind and helpful. Vincent on reception ensured that we had a room with a bath, and he also walked me to the car park as I was unsure how to scan the ticket. This was much appreciated!

Cons:

Piped music at breakfast and in the courtyard. There is no need for noise that spoils the calm relaxing vibe!

bon emplacement mais prestations moyennes

-emplacement très central
-hotel très calme sur cour intérieure
-fontaines d’eau, café et thé disponibles pres de la réception

Cons:

-la chambre supérieure que nous avions prise n’avait de « supérieure » que la taille; la décoration intérieure et le mobilier étaient vraiment spartiates ;-absence notamment de cafetière dans la chambre (il fallait descendre à la réception)
-pas de chauffe serviettes dans la salle de bains, qui était un peu froide
-salle de petit déjeuner sous dimensionnée et donc désagréable
-buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité mediocre, les « œufs brouillés » sortaient clairement d’une brique

Great location, very friendly staff. Breakfast is included and a nice spread (same every day) in a small corner of the bar. Rooms are very basic with no extras but you are getting what you pay for.

Superbe hôtel ! Nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés , le personnel était très aimable et nous a fort bien accueillis et conseillés ( notamment sur le choix d'un très bon restaurant de fruits de mer). La chambre était spacieuse , esthétique, confortable. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix était copieux et qualitatif. Nous reviendrons !

Cons:

C'est vraiment un détail : nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir nous faire une petite tisane dans la chambre ... même si thé , café et déca étaient en libre service à l'accueil .
