It’s a good Hotel, clean with confortable rooms , walkable area with a lot of Car dealers and restaurants , nice bridges with a water view and close by bus transportation to go visit many Berlin landmarks. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay
No coffee facilities in room. No kettle. Nothing.
Shower is tiny. Room is small. Location is good.
It was not located at the center area but the tram station was 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
Loved the guy that checked us both in and out. Didn’t quite catch his name but lovely chap nonetheless. Has some lovely tattoos.

Great stay. Walkable area, seemed quite safe even at night. Close to buses but a little longer walk to get to a train station and to the main attractions though very doable. Recommended.
Great rooms but the (male) staff are quite unfriendly at the reception. The lady who helped with my check in on the other hand was fantastic.

Affordable hotel in a quiet location with plenty of eateries around. Public transport at doorstep.
Lovely hotel, spacious room on the 5th floor. Can be noisy at times with the lift/doors closing etc. Great location, we hired Lime scooters which were always parked outside the hotel; got everywhere we needed in Berlin within a 20 minute scooter ride. Polite and helpful staff at front desk. Signed us up as an IHG member to get a later (2pm) checkout for free. Nearby Edeka supermarket was a 3 min scooter ride away which has anything you need. Lots of restaurants on UberEats that deliver to hotel. Uber to/from airport is 35 min journey for €40-50. Thanks again.
Clean, bright and modern. Near bus stops so easy to get to other parts. Great breakfast buffet.

Good variety at breakfast.
The hotel has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It was a little disappointing not to be able to get a drink from the bar on 2 occasions.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad.

I was disappointed that the free/included breakfast was 16 euro. The sauna was also out of service and would have been an extra charge.
I choose hotels based on services included, 16 euro is expensive for the breakfast they provided
The hotel also changed names, probably ownership as well, but hotels.com didn’t tell me.
