Siamo arrivati quasi per caso e non ci aspettavamo un villaggio così grazioso. L hotel è molto curato con parcheggio libero sul retro. La piscinetta è carina ma troppo frequentata dai piccioni .

Stort douche hangt scheef. Kit randen smerig, lamp hant los propeller die boven het bed hangt doet het niet schuiflast kapot scheuren en gaten in de plinten vloer badkamer vies. Douche deur sluit niet goed. Broodrooster is defect Zwembadje bodem bestrating defect Het is heel jammer het personeel is verder reuze aardig lokatie in een leuk dorpje met leuke tentjes Er is totaal geen onderhoud. Tres bon sejour.Personnel tres sympathique.
Notre chambre etait au RDC et n'avait pas de vue je n'ai pas trop aime le fait de me sentir enfermer heureusement nous avions des soins et les transats sont biens agréables.
La piscine est aussi trop petite impossible de faire des longueur.
Les chambres sont propres.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Merci a Maria pour les graines de Grenade un vrai régal.
Je reviendrai mais demanderai une autre chambre .

Hyggelig personale og god service. Rolig og stille sted. Hotellet ser ganske sjabby ut utvendig, men invendivg ser det bedre ut og vårt rom var stort og fint.

Unfortunately the hotel had double booked so we arrived to find no room available for us. Probably worth emailing them to confirm a couple of days before so that you don't end up having to suddenly find another hotel at 6pm after a long flight.

A fabulous boutique hotel in a charming traditional village. Highly recommended!

Arigiagni was so helpful and pleasant got out of her way to make things happen always very courteous and with a smile

This is a charming small hotel which is actually a traditional village complex of houses. It's in a great location, away from the crowds but close to the sea and to the mountains. There is a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was lovely, but the taps are placed too far to reach without stepping into the tub, which was bizarre. There is a sauna and a steam room but the sauna was not hot enough to sweat.

Room:

Poor internet speed / non-existent at bed end.
Saggy mattress with midway ridge.
Dangerous electrical boxes/junction plates in bathroom
Black mold on tile grout
Only 1 key to room so no maid service whilst we were away
Overall in need of refreshing.
Jacuzzi bath unusable as insufficient supply of hot water.

Dining:

No choice of food. Once advised of dishes, one hour later main course was unavailable. Substitute was dry & inedible.
No provision for lunch.

Communication:

Poor / late response to emails
General lack of information
Excuse given was “it’s Christmas”!

Facilities

Spa closed.
Massage only available & only 1 person at a time

Overall, unsatisfactory & poor value. >€130/night is excessive for the limited services offered. This is NOT a 4* hotel as advertised.

Such a cozy hotel! Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very luxurious. Breakfasts were appreciated every morning, and custom coffee too! The birds nearby woke up early, so we did too. Pretty much everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and unique. Top location. Free parking above the structure. Nice spa with free sauna and relaxing pool area.
Unfortunately Jacuzzi was out of order and it was not announced and not fixed during our stay. Breakfast could be improved so that there's fresh orange juice, more fruits, fresh croissant (not only toast).

A great place and exelent staf. Good size of room, the best service you can get.
