Bien ubicado, impecable, buen desayino
Pros:

El hotel impecable, muy buena atención y servicio. La ubicación perfecta, caminable a rua da piedras y a la playa.
El desayino completo y rico.

Cons:

Lo que no me.gustó fue el aire acondicionado, era un aparato muy antiguo, sonaba mucho y era imposible regularlo. Eso debe renovarse.

O banheiro estava com os rejuntes imundos, pretos, e os azulejos tb sujo, a limpeza e troca de toalhas não foi feita nenhum dia mesmo deixando a placa pedindo limpeza, a pousada é boa porém pelo custo benefício deixou muito a desejar, costumamos a ficar em outra pousadas mas simples é mais baratas que não deixa nada a perder para essa, acho q a espectatuva não foi atendida em nenhum aspecto, o café é bom mas nada demais super simples e básico, não faz nem

Limpieza en habitaciones, siempre hubo pelos en los pisos, seguramente de otros huéspedes. Y las almohadas y sabanas tienen un olor no agradable. (Olor a transpiracion)

Cons:

El sistema de ascensores. No existe ascensor propiamente dicho, tienen un solo funicular central que es lento y con mala calidad de servicio. La localización de los distintos edificios en una ladera complica la existencia de unos ascensores convencionales pero el sistema actual transmite inseguridad y complica bastante el día a día.
La ducha de la habitación tenía cambios frecuentes en la temperatura del agua y sin haber tocado los grifos podía cambiar a agua muy muy caliente o fria en un breve espacio de tiempo.
