Value for money, clean facilities, central, quiet, and they provided good email communication.
Pros:

Tucked away on a off street in the central area, made if feel quiet and downtown was a very short walk away. Family room was perfect for us and for our short stay. Thought it was great value for money.

Cons:

Parking was an extra small cost. Seems there are only two out front of it so when booking it may be a case of get in quick if using your own car. (This isn't a didn't like really, but wasn't clear when booking)

I had a great time staying here. Not my first time and won’t be my last :)
Pros:

I love the privacy and location, also can’t go wrong with relaxing in the spa!

Cons:

There’s no microwave which is a bit inconvenient as I can’t heat anything up (food)

Communication was easy and clear with the friendly helpful staff. Our room was basic but thats all we needed. Bed shower

Last minute booking and the All Blacks were playing, our usual place rates were crazy, we consider finding this place perfect for what we needed and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Location, everything was a short walk. I even stumbled across a Nail Salon which I desperately needed and they were lovely and accommodating too. Luna Beauty on Taranaki.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room and the staff were friendly and helpful. Off street parking in the cbd was very helpful.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that people are doing in the room next door. Repeat everything!

Good price-rerformance-ratio for Wellington
Pros:

Super nice and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and cozy. Fridge and water boiler available.

Cons:

Private bathroom was not directly attached to my room (not en-suite). The Information could have been provided more transparently upfront.

Nevertheless the price-rerformance-ratio for the standard room was very good in regards to the location of the hotel (just a 5-10min walk to the City and waterfront.)
