Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is newly renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The person who greeted us at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Breakfast had a lot of options, including hot food, and the area was well stocked and clean.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The staff was so kind and accommodating! The cook, Dave put on an exceptional breakfast, we were more than pleased - highly recommend getting the breakfast. They are remodeling and the breakfast area was still so nice. He said to come back in about 2 weeks and there will be an entirely new breakfast room, so look forward to that in the future!

Cons:

Everything was great except the bathtub, shower. Could have been cleaned much more thoroughly- however, they are short staffed and I am understanding of that. The receptionist comped us points for it though, which was very kind.

We stay here while we are racing at Beaver Creek.
Pros:

We look forward to staying At this Holiday Inn Express. Although we only return once a year, it's like returning home for a few days. The staff is always cheerful and courteous. By seeing the same faces every year tells me they are respected and valued by their bosses.

Will stay again, super nice charming hotel.
Pros:

Wade checked us in and he provided excellent customer service and offered us our complimentary honor member waters.

Cons:

Maybe the chairs in the dining room could be cleaner, but overall it was a very clean hotel.
