Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness (“very clean”, “spotless bathroom”, “smell in hotel was so inviting”), though one report mentioned trash left in the room and insufficient vacuuming — overall very good with an isolated housekeeping lapse.
Service
9.8
Service is frequently praised: staff described as pleasant, extremely helpful, super friendly and helpful, and service called excellent — consistently high marks across reviews.
Location
7.6
Mixed comments: some find it convenient/near the exit or good for events, while others call the location bad, further out than expected, or note shared parking/limited parking problems.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are generally comfortable and clean with good mattresses, but some issues reported (fan not working, AC could be colder, loud noise from gym/breakfast area, occasional housekeeping misses).
Amenities
7.8
Breakfast is widely available and good, but notable amenity negatives: no pool, slow elevator, parking constraints and gym noise affecting some stays.
Value for Money
9.6
Multiple reviewers call it very good value for the money and indicate satisfaction with the price-to-service/cleanliness balance.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly praised (free breakfast, buffet with good selection, breakfast was great); overall food and beverage sentiment is strongly positive.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall impression leans positive with many saying the stay was very good and they would return, tempered by a few significant negatives (cleaning lapse, parking/noise) that prevent an even higher score.
