Wieder mal alles super! Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Ich war bereits zum 2. Mal hier und wieder mal ein rundum toller Aufenthalt. Wohlfühlen pur. Vom tollen Frühstücksservice bis hin zur super Lage und dem extrem freundlichen Personal.

Top Lage und absolutes Wohlfühlen - wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Unsere beiden Zimmer waren im Nebengebäude rechts von De Koningshof, oben im 1. Stock. Das linke kleinere Zimmer mit Blick nach hinten, war extrem ruhig und kühl (da keine direkte Sonne), das andere ist deutlich größer, sehr geräumig und hat den Blick Richtung Parkplatz und zum Horizont (Sonnenuntergang). Es war sehr sauber, renoviert, mit tollen Betten und einer Klimaanlage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns unten der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Wohnzimmer, TV, Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle), Esstisch. Den Aufenthaltsraum im Haupthaus darf man aber nicht nur zum Frühstück ebenfalls benutzen. Das Öffnen der Türen per Link auf dem Handy ist super praktisch und modern.
Das ganze Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück und auch per Whats App (Luana) ist extrem freundlich und bemüht. Man ist uns auch mit einem spontanen Besuch sehr entgegengekommen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert, vor allem bei der Einrichtung der öffentlichen Räume. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Wir mögen es ruhig und man muss nur 3min über die Straße gehen und ist direkt am Strand und somit auch bei der tollen Strandbar Tulum. Der Sand, der Strand, die Dünen - ein Traum.

Cons:

Man muss schon sagen, dass die Preise nicht ohne sind, dafür, dass die Zimmer eher den Charakter eines einfachen Hotels bzw. einer Pension haben. (Nicht die Einrichtung des Hotels selbst.) Aber die ganze Gegend ist generell nicht günstig. An vollen Strandtagen hört man natürlich auch das Treiben auf dem großen Parkplatz. Die steile Treppe im Nebenhaus ist nicht ohne, vor allem mit schwerem Gepäck, aber darauf wird man vorher auch hingewiesen. Die Markise könnte mal erneuert werden und es wäre im Gemeinschaftsraum unten noch schöner, wenn die Scheibe nach hinten nicht komplett mit Milchglasfolie beklebt wäre, sondern man zumindest etwas Himmel sehen könnte. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder! :-)

In de beschrijving staat aan het strand maar het is aan de rand van het dorp aan de ene kant en heel groot parkeerplaats aan de andere kant.

Wonderful.
Pros:

We loved the location and its proximity to the beach. Even during high season you would always find a parking spot at the lot in front. Staff was exceptional with early contact via phone and WhatsApp, completely straightforward. Quick fixes for any issues. Rooms offer A/C which was perfect during hot summer days. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Having breakfast served was a wonderful start in the day. Restaurants are 10 to 15 minute walking distance and a bus stop 20 m away from the hotel.

Cons:

Our rooms were on the second floor which can get a bit tricky for people with limited mobility as the final staircase is narrow and steep. Beds were a bit small, but I wouldn’t call it a negative point.
