Pros:

Le cadre est très joli, c'est très tranquille.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Funcionários muito educados.

Cons:

Achamos o preço elevado da diária para o serviço que fornecem. Estávamos com uma bebê e precisavamos de ter uma pequena geladeira no quarto e tivemos que pagar uma taxa adicional (5euros por noite). Além disso, pagamos adicional de café da manhã (10euros por pessoa), mas era um serviço parcial de café e não nos foi avisado. Apenas tínhamos direito a algumas comidas e tivemos que pagar mais 4euros por cada ovo mexido solicitado. Nunca vimos esse tipo de serviço em nenhum lugar no mundo e achamos injusto pagar adicional por qualquer coisa que precisamos.

Wonderful family-run hotel beside Lake Orta. We will be back!
Pros:

Fantastic family run hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, plenty of storage space, free parking, good shower. Family / quadruple room was the best we have ever seen - two fully separate spacious rooms with a shared bathroom.

Very nice simple breakfast with excellent coffee, homemade cake, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit. Small supplement if you want eggs, cheese & ham etc. We didn't see anyone doing that as there was already plenty of choice.

Excellent location very close to Lake Orta. Lots of options to eat nearby (try Dui Matt), and the hotel restaurant is excellent, with a beautiful view over the lake. Great beaches and crystal clear water. Regular ferries from nearby Pella.

Cons:

Supplement to pay for air conditioning (which was effective and powerful) and for using the safe, but given the outstanding value for money of the room, that was no problem.

Zona molto bella, immersa nel verde.
Camera pulita e spaziosa.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, mancava uno specchio in camera, si trovava poi nel corridoio comune.
La colazione, solo dolce, l'ho trovata un po scarsa con poca scelta.

Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. Accomodatie iets verouderd maar gewoon goed voor onze roadtrip.

Cons:

Niet zo heel veel had beter gekund. Misschien de ruimte in de ontbijtkamer.

Schöner Aufenthalt am See.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Inhaber. Die Lage war toll. Nah am See und in einem bezaubernden Örtchen. Das Frühstück war sehr italienisch süß, aber auch auf Nachfrage mit herzhaften Optionen.

Cool place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful view from the restaurant terrace, wonderful staff, good breakfast, and a nice selection of Italian craft beer (not just Moretti :D) - the bar itself is also excellent. There was always parking available, air conditioning worked well, and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast included only sweet items - anything else (omelette, eggs, etc.) was charged extra.

Очень чистый и уютный отель с красивым видом, но лучше быть на машине
Pros:

Небольшой уютный отель с семейной атмосферой. Идеальная чистота: номер полностью соответствовал фотографиям. Комнаты просторные, кровати удобные, были все необходимые туалетно-косметические принадлежности и белоснежные полотенца. Окна нашего номера выходили в уютный внутренний дворик.
Отель находится на возвышенности, поэтому с территории открывается красивый панорамный вид на озеро и горы. Завтрак приятный: свежие вкусные круассаны, сырная и мясная нарезка, йогурт, чай, кофе, соки.

Если вы планируете активно передвигаться вокруг озера, транспорт лучше продумать заранее. Для любителей пеших прогулок есть красивые маршруты вдоль побережья — например, можно дойти до Lido di Gozzano или Pella. Но расстояния достаточно большие, поэтому лучше закладывать время и выбирать удобную обувь.
Если долгие прогулки не ваш формат, комфортнее быть на машине или заранее позаботиться о трансфере либо аренде велосипеда. Общественный транспорт в районе ходит ограниченно и не подходит для спонтанных поездок. Такси также вызвать проблематично: это скорее заранее заказанный трансфер, чем сервис, который можно быстро вызвать в любой момент. Поэтому без машины передвижение вокруг озера нужно тщательно планировать заранее.
