Fabulous. All staff especially the door man helping get luggage upstairs and champagne on the welcoming table
Pros:

The bathroom was beautiful fitting out. With lots of space and plenty of towels and extra bag of goodies.

Cons:

The property was central to everything and easy to get to.
The door man elphin was always there to help you I inside with luggage.
So very appreciated after doing long trips.
A very welcoming experience too.

Decepcionante. Era cliente y me perdieron para siempre.
Pros:

El check in fue decepcionante. Había solicitado una habitacion tranquila y me colocaron en el patio en una habitación en "entreplanta" con una cama que no erabpara dos personas y habiendo pagado casi 500 euros por dos noches. No saben diferencial quién es cliente de todos los que pasan una sola noche y no vuelven en su vida.
Deberían formar mejor a su personal.

Cons:

Cero amabilidad y empatia. Me hicieron pagar toda la estancia sin darme la habitación. Podía haber esperado a tener mi habitacion lista para cobrarme por adelantado toda la estancia.
