Within walking distance to everything, beautiful property, very clean and comfortable.
Initially there was an issue with our room, on the 1st floor - We went to reception and they moved us to the 5th floor - Also assisted with moving the luggage

The location was ideal for access to the Gothic quarter, with lots of shopping and restaurants close by.
The lighting and temperature scheme in the room was very hard to figure out. The air temperature was hard to regulate and went from freezing to overly warm overnight. It was not user friendly at all. The lighting was also odd, in that some parts of the room could only be lit from a master switch. Even after 3 days there, we still could not understand the switch configuration.
Im Grossen und Ganzen war das Zimmer gut - grosses und bequemes Bett mit vielen unterschiedlichen Kissen, separates Bad und ein grosser Balkon, der zum Innenhof gerichtet war.
Die Labe des Hotels ist ebenfalls top. Shopping, Öffentlicher Verkehr, Restaurants - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war top - mehr als ausreichende Auswahl und täglich etwas Variation dabei. Auch die Salate auf der Rooftop Bar waren sehr lecker.
wir hatten uns das Zimmer etwas grösser vorgestellt. Für 2 Personen war auch der Schrank etwas zu klein - wenn man nicht gerade aus dem Koffer leben möchte.
Der verhandene Pool als Pool zu bezeichnen ist schon fast frech - als Erwachsener kann man nicht wirklich mehr als die Füsse reinhalten.

Location was great, appearance on arrival, lovely foyer, bar staff great, reception helpful. Rooftop nice although not open due to weather. Clean. Great coffee in room. Shower was really good and temperature hot.
No real atmosphere, room make up not until 2pm each day. Room too small probably smallest in hotel (room 408) picture shows room right beside the elevator, atrium view so could not tell what weather was before leaving. Decor in room had water damage and was tired despite advertising recent refurbishment. We paid a lot for the room which was disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful building in a great location.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
The room we had booked was an essential double room. Very small for 4 nights. Very little storage wardrobe space but a lovely clean room and lovely bathroom.
No gym so was abit disappointed 😕.
Would definitely go back due to location but would book a room looking onto the garden. Much larger.
