Firenze Residence

Over all we enjoyed our stay here. Small parking underneath building, but made it work. Everything is within walking distance. And having the code to the room is a plus instead of walking around with a card.

My family (group of 10) rented 3 apartments, and they worked out perfectly. They are within a 7 minute walk from the train station and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The host was amazingly helpful and super nice. The whole stay was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Placed in a quiet area a bit out of town center, with private parking for your rental (on request), and staff members that take exceptionally good care of you! The apartment was more than big enough for 2 people, with everything you need for a decent cost compared to many other places. The only negative we experienced was the lack of sound proofing between the concrete floors which can be better.

I’m grateful to have found this apartment. It came to my attention as I was looking for a self-catering apartment for a family of four that had parking, within walking distance of Florence’s many sights. This apartment fit the bill, but on top of that I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property; it had good appliances (including a Moka pot and a Nespresso machine, so you have options about morning coffee!). Also I found the staff very communicative before my arrival as I had questions. In sum, I would enthusiastically recommend.

We had a one-night stay in Florence before heading to Rome and wanted something close to everything, but at a fair price. This placed served its purpose. The staff was nice and helpful. Our Deluxe apartment was on the fourth floor. It had all of the amenities you could expect and was comfortable. The only issue was that the shower was the smallest I have ever been in. I couldn't bend over.

modern small apartment type set up with separate kitchen and living room area. Only issues were a hit and miss wifi signal... and very small twin beds... but this was one of my favorite places we stayed in all of Italy... and it was an easy walk to the museums, Domo and other areas of Firenza...

The apartments are really well equipped with everything you need. The downside was the mattress was far too hard which caused us so much discomfort. Also although we were on the 3rd floor the bar outside was noisy until late each evening. WiFi could have been stronger as it dropped out in the evenings.

Our trip was superb! We loved the location and the secure parking. The male host on the front desk was more than helpful. Make sure you take up the free bike rental - saves the footwork! We just didn't get the room cleaned or new towels for our whole stay, but we would go back.

Below summary of this nice apartment. In short, this apartment is highly recommended!

Plus:

- parking might be a small issue for big cars
- wifi signal is weaker at apartment end/corner
- a bit far to sightseeeing area on foot (20+ mins) but it is possible to take bus (5-7 mins to bus station)

My first impression of this place is not good. Customer service onsite at the property is seriously lacking. Prior to checking in everyone was really nice. I got here and my room smelled rank and disgusting, although the person checking me in agreed that the room smelled bad, he basically told me to deal with it until the smell airs out and they can get someone in to fix it. The person coming to fix it would have come the next day. Since nothing could be done to fix the smell, I threatened to check in to another hotel then and only then did another suite become available. Insanity!

Also, it’s important to confirm that you are getting what you are reserving, there is a listing for a suite with a balcony which is obviously more expensive, once you get to the property they tell you that you don’t have a suite with balcony room and the advertisement is wrong (again you are expected to just get over it and deal with it). This place takes absolutely no accountability for the condition of their apartments nor the advertisements of their listings. My experience makes me question the high ratings this place has received. Honestly, if I were to do it again I’d save myself the headache and get a hotel in the center with a nice view.

There is a restaurant downstairs from the property, which is very convenient. However, when the restaurant burns food you can smell it in the building. Also, if you have a room in the front of the hotel when the patrons leave the restaurant it seems

Was our halfway point in our travels, so the laundry option was very appreciated. Very comfortable apartment in a lovely neighborhood I did not know existed in 3 previous trips to Florence. Perfect if travelling by car.

Nice apartment outside of the ZTL zone and walking distance to most of the attractions. They have parking onsite for each apartment, each apartment is also very big and spacious. Only issue we had was a weird odor in the apartment that was coming from the fan in the toilet.

The property was in a great location and is in great condition. It’s clean, great water pressure, AC and WIFI worked. Staff is great! I highly recommend it and will stay again in the future.

Big apartment good value

Excellent, large apartment that worked well for our needs. Late check-in was simple with a combination lock box. Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay though I reduced my review level a little because the bathroom and one area of the kitchen was a bit dirty when we arrived. Though I do not reduce the level of review for the following, it's might be helpful to those reading the reviews to know that cooking items were limited (no paper towels, only 1 kitchen towel, only one small baking pan), and that this unit has an induction oven. I had brought things to bake while there that wouldn't work in that type of oven. The included microwave was nice.
