Nähe zur Stadt ist toll. Das moderne Zimmer war wunderschön und super eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Wir sind nachts mit zwei Kindern angekommen und man hat uns Kreuz und quer mit beiden Kindern schlafend auf dem Arm durch das Hotel geschickt, von falscher Betten Aufteilung über Raucherzimmer bis hin direkt am Aufzug. Am Schluss hatte wir ein neues renoviertes Zimmer und ein altes in die Jahre gekommenes. Zudem war eine riesige Baustelle direkt neben dem Poolbereich.
After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken…
The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun.

The music in the hall was horrible. They start playing it really early in the morning till late in the evening and it is quite loud that you can hear it in the room. The staff though was responsive and turned it off when we asked to. However, it started playing again in the morning.
Location within walking distance from Ambarukmo plaza mall. Room comfortable size. Coffee and tea set there.
No CNN or other international news channel. So no real reason to switch on tv. No bath mat in bathroom meaning wet floor and at sink not comfortable.

The hotel had a good location and the breakfast area had lots of seating area. The Breakfast was good. The location is close to a mall and my favorite pizza place - Giorno's.
The room had a strong aroma when I entered the room that made it hard to breath for about 10 minutes until I got used to it. The bed was very hard, .ade my back sore by morning. We had trouble getting our door to open.
Place is near plaza ambarukmo. Accessible. Great location

The hotel has an amazing swimming pool that we enjoyed daily. There is a coffee shop that has Illy coffee, pastries and a nice sitting area for visiting with friends. The rooms are well-equipped, with lights beside each bed, an electric kettle and refrigerator, and roomy enough for a small table and armchair, a desk/counter with chair, and closet with a small safe. Service was always prompt and when the local power went out the hotel generator kept not just the lights but also the AC on. Breakfast was a buffet with ample choice - Indonesian, eggs cooked to order, fruit, local specialties. And the hotel location is walking distance from the local mall where there is plenty of food, a grocery store and many shops. We have stayed here for several years, often for long periods of time, and have been very happy every time. Only recommendation is that wifi is sometimes slow and you have to log on a lot (perhaps this depends on how many people are online).
