Pros:

Spacious room with comfortable futons once we asked for two each. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Booking dotcom indicated that we got two beds but they were futons. Tired decor and no English explanations for anything. Location out of town. Hotel prices much cheaper on the day than when we booked.

大浴場あり無料駐車場あり接客よく気持ちよく利用できた
Pros:

大きくはないが浴場があり狭いユニットバスと違いゆったりとお風呂に浸かれた
従業員の対応は親切笑顔でよく質問にも答えてくれた、禁煙室を希望していたが空きがなく喫煙室となったが消臭されタバコの臭いは一切なくてよかった、連泊で掃除を断ったらミネラルウォーターがもらえた、コーヒーの無料サービスがあった、歩いて5分くらいの所にマックスバリューがあり素泊まりだったので助かった、敷地内の駐車場が使え無料だった、wifiが使えた

建物自体が古い感じだった(が掃除は行き届いていたようだ)

Pros:

環境が良く函館駅近。夜定食1300円は安く美味しかった。ベットもよかった。スタッフも気軽に対応いただいた。ホテル代高騰のおり、このようなホテルは助かる。

Cons:

室内のカーテンが外れ垂れ下がっていた。直すよう要望したらすぐ直すとの返事だったが、そのままだった。施設の老朽化は仕方ないが、だらしなく不潔な印象を与える。そこは改善してほしい。

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der typischen Attraktionen und des Hauptbahnhofes, ist dadurch aber deutlich ruhiger. Der Geruch im Zimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es hatte irgendwie einen alten, modrigen Mief. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, man erhält unaufgefordert frische Handtücher und Utensilien an die Tür, auch wenn man keinen Zimmerservice gewünscht hat.

大浴場の床が髪の毛だらけ。モップで掃除したくてもモップも髪の毛だらけ。
お部屋は広くて快適だったけど子供達が押し入れを開けると埃まみれの中にぐちゃぐちゃの布団があった。
