Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
The location was perfect.easy walking distance to the Sanctuary.
Of all the hotels we have stayed at in Lourdes, over the years, this was the best.

Cons:

The coffee at the breakfast, was not very good.

Muy bueno porque fui a ver a la Virgen

Me gusto la ayuda que me dieron para sacar una fotocopia y la atencion en el escritorio, lo demas estoy muy desilusionada porque al llegar por la noche deje todas mis cosas y al salir por la mañana no percate que deje una mochila sin llave y se me perdio una bolsa que llevaba cosas de valor como cadenas. LLegue al medio dia estaban haciendo la limpieza, le pregunte a la que hizo la limpieza pero me dijo no yo no ve visto nada. No se la verdad donde pudo quedar mi bolsa.

Cons:

Lo explicado anteriormente, eso me hizo ya no estar contenta en el hotel.

la ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, la atención del personal

Cons:

Era una habitación con accesibilidad, la silla de la ducha era una silla de plastico muy flexible un peligro para una persona discapacitada, no habia enchufes en la cabecera de las camas para poder enchufar el movil, el enchufe del baño estropeado, los accesorios de baño se caian algunos, no habia nevera en la habitación y tambien habia alguna telaraña en el techo. Osea para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas creo han dejado mucho que desear.
