Worthy for its cost. Close to train station and bus stop just at the front of the door. Close markets and ATM. Clean rooms, kitchen, WC. 24 h hot water. AC works well.

Over the course of two weeks, I stayed at about a half dozen places. Out of all of them, Juyoh is the only place which I specifically felt like I wanted to stay again. A big reason for this is the fact that I didn't have to struggle to communicate with the staff, most of them spoke very clear English. The convenience of the cafe downstairs was also a factor.
When I made my booking, I was happy to choose a Japanese style room. However, next time, if the option is available, I will likely choose a western style room. This is only because I personally had an issue which made getting from the floor onto my feet a little awkward.
The hotel is well located. Minami-Senju station is a 15 minute walk and it grants access to the Hibiya, Joban and Tsukuba Express lines.
While the futons are not terrible, they can be harsh on your back for longer stays if you're on the heavier side and the rooms really are quite small. It's manageable but don't expect enough room to open a full size suitcase and lay on the futon at the same time.
