Pros:

Everything, stayed here before so knew what to expect.

Cons:

I guess for some people the sleeping on japanese futon and closure of front door (need to enter through a night exit) might not agree with them. It's no issue for me.

Alojamiento individual económico, limpieza mejorable
Pros:

El precio de la estancia es economico. En los alrededores hay un Lawson 100, y varios supermercados AEON. La estacion de metro Hibiya line y JR está a unos 20 minutos andando. A pocos pasos hay una parada de bus que te deja en Asakusa y Tokyo Station

Cons:

La limpieza de los aseos, en las zonas menos visibles no han limpiado en años y se ven cercos negros bastante desagradables. Hay muchos útiles muy usados que deberían de ser remplazados por nuevos.
Hay pocas duchas y en determinadas horas punta toca esperar.

Great stay !
Pros:

Great place to stay and lovely people at reception
It's very clean and quiet. You rarely bump into anyone in the communal part. It's peaceful and a good location to rest in a quieter part of the city. Great access to transport too and supermarket just at the corner. I recommend for women traveling on their own it's very safe.

Cons:

Can be very loud at night on the street with traffic so I recommend earplugs!

Pros:

公共的空間都很整潔！床我覺得不錯睡。離車站有一點遠，需要走天橋，但天橋有電梯所以沒什麼問題。真的很便宜！睡增高床所以空間很多！

Cons:

隔音還好，需要耳塞。

La ubicación, muy cerca de La torre de Tokio. Se llega fácil a cualquier sitio xq hay parada de bus al lado y tb de metro más adelante. Mi habitación era con cama japonesa muy cómoda y las zonas comunes tenían de todo

Pros:

Great neighborhood to be, really close to Asakusa and the skytree tower. Option of little grocery shops to buy meals and restaurants. Little room but comfy.

Solid base for Tokyo Trip, especially Asakusa, Ueno and Akihabara
Pros:

I felt comfortable in my single person room and also enjoyed that there was a bus stop directly in front of the Hotel. Also, the view from the 10th floor is really cool!

Cons:

The furniture and overall feel of the Hotel is quite outdated. Not a problem but don't expect something to fancy. Additionally, except for some regulars in the kitchen, I didn't get the feeling that the Hotel is place to meet people if you are looking for that.
