Pros:

寝るだけなので３連休で安いところを探していました。洗濯もできて良かったです。スタッフの方は外国の方でしょうか？頑張って日本語を話そうとしているのが可愛いかったです。

Cons:

値段の割に良かった。もっとお金を出せば良いところはたくさんありますが貧乏旅行なので無理はいいません

昭和の下町の安宿風のホテルが、令和の外国人スタッフによる運営となり、4畳、共同トイレ・シャワーで割り切れたら良い宿。
Pros:

とにかく安い。カプセルホテルよりはプライベート、安全が確保されてるので寝るだけと割り切るなら問題ない。
外国人客が多い印象。
隣にコンビニがある。近所に100円の自販機がある。

Cons:

畳の上にマットレスが敷いてありその上に布団が敷かれていたので、寝心地は良かった。しかし布団をめくったらシーツの上に長い髪の毛があった。ベットメイキングとしては最悪。これは国内、国外問わず、おそらく人生で初めて。
受付が外国人女性ばかりで、おそらく掃除なども外国人が働いているのだろう。若干、仕事が雑なのかもしれない。
ドアを開けて4畳程度の部屋の空気がこもっていて臭かった。窓を開けると4車線道路の自動車の騒音が飛び込んでくる。

Le salon avec une wii et des guitares mises à disposition. Le personnel était aussi très chaleureux et accueillant.

La grande lumière très forte dans la chambre (pas de petite lumière) et le manque de prise près du lit.

Bon rapport qualité/prix mais seulement pour 2-3 jours.
Pros:

L’accueil tres chaleureux.
Le fumoir avec vue sur la Skytree.
Les services en general.

Cons:

La chambre pas parfaitement propre(climatisation sale et un peu de poussière)
L’emplacement assez bruyant a cause de personnes restant une partie de la nuit à côté du konbini juste en bas et parlant fort.
