For me, clean and tidy very important, the hotel, washroom and bedroom is clean and tidy, staffs was nice, slow walk about 10 mins from JR Minami-Senju, necessary walk to footbridge, so i recommend take the lift to the bridge, there have 3 supermarket near the hotel walk about 1 min so very convenient. the hotel location near the heart of Tokyo, just need take 2 station to Nippori station, so traveler can easy travel to Yamanote Line. and the price is reasonable, if you want lunch and dinner outside you can try there have some restaurants (Danny table. noodles, burger king, McDonalds near the station of Mainami-Senju, i will book again the hotel when i have next travel in Japan, Thank you all staffs!

静かでコスパの良いホテル
Pros:

バス停が目の前
スタッフの対応も丁寧でとても親切でした
バス・トイレは共用ですが、部屋に冷蔵庫と各階簡易キッチンもあるのが有り難かったです。
時間の都合で利用できなかったが徒歩圏内に銭湯があるのもいい。
東京で個室でこの価格で宿泊できるのは助かります。

Cons:

近隣に飲食店が少ないので晩御飯は違うところで食べてきてから　もしくはコンビニかスーパーを利用すると良いと思います

MOn havre de paix
Pros:

TOUT, c'est mon havre de paix à Tokyo, je ne me résigne pas à aller ailleurs. L'équipe est vraiment sympathique, il y a un bain sur place à l'étage sinon il y a pas loin un sento vraiment topissisme. C'est à coté d'Asakusa et de UENO. Quartier attachant.... j'y vais depuis les années 2009.... 9 minutes à pied de la station de métro Minami-Senju, à 2 km du Sensō-ji, le plus vieux temple bouddhiste de Tokyo, et à 3 km du musée national de Tokyo. il y a une cuisine partagée et un restaurant dans l’hôtel.

Pros:

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Całkiem cicho, do Asakusy 20 min spacerem. Niska cena, wygodny futon. Zadbane tatami.

Cons:

Zapach w pokoju był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Pokój był czysty, ale toaleta niezbyt. Prysznice znajdują się tylko na niektórych piętrach, to nie jest wygodne.
