Its looks like new but its quite old, used room, some things could be fixed very easly but for this price is accteptable. Problem was cleanliness of the room. In fridge there was food leftovers after previous visitors which was a little bit disgusting. Stinky pipes in bathroom was also quite problematic specially at the morning.

Curatenia nu este punctul forte al locatie din pacate, am gasit mult par pe jos, noptiera patata cu cafea, perna patata cu cafea, furtunul de la dus fisurat curgea pe langa, un bec ars in baie si mult praf.

Есть кухня- нет ни кастрюльки ничего- плита не работала.Утюг не смогли найти за 3 дня.Обнаружили в потолке в ванной комнате над душем что то похожее на глазок🤯

The apartment was very untidy and not clean. The kitchen was poorly equipped and missing basic dishes. It was also extremely noisy. There are air conditioning units mounted on the wall next to the bedroom balcony, and they produce constant vibrations and humming sounds — even with the windows closed, the noise is clearly audible.

Additionally, the apartment is located above shops and cafés, so there is a lot of noise and strong smells coming from the restaurants outside., no parking.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Very poorly equipped, no crockery or utensils, cold at night with no option for heating on the a/c. No access to the rooftop solarium. Could be a lot better.

Sama Larnaka mnie zawiodła jako miasto, Co kawałek jakiś remont i brak możliwości przejścia. Bardzo wiele budynków również w trakcie remontu lub opuszczonych. Plaża niby piaskowa ale sam piasek mocno ubity nieprzyjemny. Tak jak wspomniałem lokalizacja apartamentu na plus to ze względu na restauracje poniżej przy otwartym oknie bardzo mocno było czuć zapachy grilowania z kominów tychże restaracji. Pierwszego dnia było to nawet przyjemne i zachęcało do zejścia do jednej z nich na obiad, natomiast po dwóch dniach stało się to dość uciążliwe. Klimatyzacja pracowałą głosno. BRAK SZTUĆCÓW I TALERZY. Na wyposażeniu były dwa kubki i jedna łyżeczka - w mojej ocenie bardzo to słabe. Po kontakcie z obiektem usłyszałem ze taki maja standard. Kuchenka nie działała. Lodówka brudna. W wielu miejscach było widać niedokładne sprzątanie. kontakt z obsługa utrudniony, gdyż nie odbierali telefonu i trochę czasu zajęło zanim ktoś odebrał i udało się zameldować. Rozumiem ze na miejscu przy dobrej organizacji nie musi być osoby w recepcji ale kontakt telefoniczny to podstawa aby było się do kogo dodzwonić, lub napisać w przypadku problemów jaki mieliśmy.

The kitchen in room didn't has a dish. We didn't have a plate or spun. Just two glasses..But that never mind because everything else was all right..
