A premium find under duress following the critical failure of the original accommodation booked.
Pros:

What a premium western hotel located in the centre of Furano, right next to the train station.
There is an excellent traditional onsen/bath room downstairs for guests

Pros:

Easy to check in and out, close to the station, plenty if resturaunts and shops within walking distance

Cons:

Walls were lacking sound proofing, was able to hear people outside the door, in adjacent rooms and in rooms on the above level

Staff working at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. The room was very small but we only stayed one night
Pros:

The staff! They were so helpful! They went above and beyond with our requests and they help us with all the paperwork to have our big ski bag shipped to another hotel in another town.

Would highly recommend others to stay here
Pros:

Very conveniently located by the train station and bus stops that go to the ski hill. Near great restaurants and marts as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Japanese set breakfast is delicious!

房間看起來有年代而且空間不大，但是位置方便、有停車場、可以加購早餐，且還算乾淨整齊，因此還是不錯。
Pros:

1、房間有窗戶，可看到外面的雪景。
2、飯店就在地鐵站前方，旁邊也有免費停車場，自駕或搭乘大眾交通都很方便。
3、有遇到一名台灣服務人員，因此辦理入住時很順利。
4、早餐有西式和日式的選擇，都是定食，蠻好吃的！

房間格局狹窄，難以攤平29吋行李箱。
