Pros:

La posizione dell' hotel è eccellente, situato in pieno centro a Philadelphia.
La nostra camera era pulita e molto spaziosa. Particolarmente apprezzato l'angolo cucina completo di lavandino, lavastoviglie e forno a doppia cottura (tradizionale e microonde). Anche il bagno era ampio e comodo.
Purtroppo però abbiamo trovato la colazione al di sotto delle aspettative. L'offerta era davvero misera (mancava persino lo yogurt) e i cibi cotti erano presentati male.

Avendo scelto questa struttura per la garanzia del nome Hilton, la gestione della colazione è stata una vera delusione. Un vero peccato, perché per pulizia e ampiezza degli spazi l'hotel merita davvero.

Très bon hôtel, personnel adorable et emplacement idéal pour découvrir Philadelphie à pied.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et personnel vraiment très agréable. À notre arrivée, une bouteille d’eau a été offerte à chacun d’entre nous, une attention particulièrement appréciable avec la chaleur qu’il faisait.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de laisser gratuitement nos bagages en consigne aussi bien avant le check-in qu’après le check-out, sans contrainte particulière d’horaire. C’était très pratique pour profiter pleinement de nos deux journées à Philadelphie.
La chambre était spacieuse, très agréable, confortable et très propre.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent : juste à côté du Reading Terminal Market et suffisamment central pour visiter Philadelphie à pied. Nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied pendant notre séjour, notamment le centre historique et les principaux sites touristiques.
Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour à Philadelphie, notamment en famille. Très bon accueil, chambre agréable et surtout une situation géographique vraiment idéale.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est pratique puisqu’il est inclus mais nous avons trouvé le choix assez limité.

I wish I had taken pictures to back up everything I experienced, because frankly I can see how people would think I’m over reacting with the number of problems this hotel has. The location is great with the reading terminal being right across the street. The staff was also wonderful and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. Anyone we interacted with was accommodating and polite. The lobby was nice and clean, but that’s as far as it goes. The first room we had was room 715. Right off the bat the door would not lock. The mechanism was broken. But the bathroom, which is a terrible sliding door, also would not latch shut. So both doors in the room were broken. The lady at the front desk let us know someone would be up right away to take a look at them. While waiting for maintenance I noticed the bedding was slightly dirty with black streaks littered through out the sheets, bedding and blankets. The worst of that being the one pillow case having multiple little holes. They offer extra bedding in the drawer, but that’s also seemed to have the little streaks on them. After waiting 30 minutes for maintenance we went downstairs to check if they were still coming. Once the lady at the desk learned he hadn’t shown she offered us another room that we accepted. So we moved rooms to next door to ours to room 716. We looked at the basics to make sure the doors at least locked/closed and a preliminary scan to make sure there wasn’t anything too serious and then left to get food as it was getting late and places were closing soon. Once we were back we noticed problems with this room as well. The bathroom I couldn’t find anything wrong with, but the bed sheets had the same black streaks as the ones in the other room. So I guess it’s just a laundry issue? The two usb charging ports that the lamp on the nightstand had were both broken. One completely pulling out and attaching to my charger when I went to disconnect it.

Pros:

The room is just like on the description. They upgraded us to the King Room instead of Queen Room. It has a spacious living room with a sofa, so we can hang out after we strolled around the city. The bed is comfortable for me, it's not soft and it's firm neither. My mom and I slept very well for our two nights stay, it's quiet during the night. The location is great, 3 minutes walking to Reading Terminal market and 10 minutes to Philadelphia City Hall.
Also, I want to mentioned that the lady who assisted me checked in (I forgot her name) was helpful when I need a tooth brush and water, she gave me for free. And when I was waiting in the dinning area, I saw the security was doing his job great. His name is Akeeam I believe, he pay attention to details for keeping the station clean. Definitely will come back if I am visiting Philly again in the future.
