I had the worst stay of my life. Everything was fine the check with Vanessa was ok. But then we went to get a bite to eat and came back went to our room and the key did not work so we went down to the lobby and Vanessa was there she told us that the key won’t work because she gave the room to someone else. They went in and saw our stuff and told her. So then I said well that should have not happened and then she went off on us. She told us that if we did not like it go to
Another hotel. We already paid for this. She was very nasty and out of control she should be fired for the way she treated us. So we went back up and I came down to talk to a manager and Gregory was there nice man and said I will give you 500 pts for the trouble. And that is when Vanessa came out again and went off and said no points to them. I just don’t get how someone can talk like that to
Patrons. It is a disgrace. So what can be done for us for all the aniexty she put on us. It really was so wrong and disappointing. I hope you do something for us and about her

This was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had! I felt very unsafe at this hotel. From the first day I had weird experience with the key card system being “reset” so we had to be escorted up to our room which as two women traveling together I’m extra vigilant about our room numbers being given out. We weren’t given our own key card until a little after check in. When we finally got into the room there was no toilet tissue available and the phone wasn’t dialing down to front desk so i had to go back down to ask for some to be sent up. What was sent up was a box of Kleenex and we were told that was the toilet tissue. I’ve never been to a hotel with no toilet tissue! So I had to walk to near by cvs to purchase my own for the room. This wasn’t the worst thing that happened though. The last night of our two night stay we made sure our door stopper was latched just as an extra safety precaution as it’s what I do in any hotel I stay at. At around 7:30 am we heard the door open but was stopped by the door stopper and what sounded like a male voice on the other side. We were confused and half asleep thinking it could’ve possibly been a confusion with the key cards situation that was happening but too scared to check what happened! Also the door stopper for some reason flips back in place when the door opens so what is the point of it in the first place. Thank goodness it deterred who ever the intruder was. During check out we tried to talk with a manager who apparently was late on arrival and talked with the front desk attendant instead telling her the weird situation and she tried to call around to see who could’ve possibly been at our door as apparently security was the only ones who had working keys to rooms. We had to leave to catch our trains. But all around writing this review for any woman traveling to this hotel please be extra careful and maybe choose a different hotel. If I wasn’t traveling with my sister and was all alone who knows what could’ve happened especially with the how statically high human trafficking is at the moment. I do hope the hotel is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of its patrons. I however will NEVER stay at this Hotel ever again.

Front Desk Personnel although Pleasant, they were loud and unprofessiona. Management Not Present, Room Not Ready 47 Minutes AFTER 4pm Check In Time. No Parking Garage. Non Validated Parking for neighboring Parking Garage. Continental Breakfast served in open area of Lobby. Not very appetizing.

We liked how convenient the location was because even though we drove we were able to explore by foot when we got there.
The bed was not as comfortable yet that’s okay.
Vicky did a wonderful job checking us in early when we arrived on Monday the 16th. She also assisted me to cancel a room the same day one of my employees was to arrive, but had an emergency and couldn’t make it.
My experience at the front desk was superb. Vikki checked me in and was so friendly and accommodating. The phone rang several times during the check j. And she handle all of it with grace and respect. She’s a real asset.
Enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. The breakfast was a good value, along with the location. Love, love Reading Terminal Market.
Maybe not your fault, but that parking garage was small, crowded and difficult to exit during the day.

We had the most wonderful experience at Hilton Homewood Suites in Philadelphia! I was in town for a conference and traveling with my toddler — which can always make things a little more complicated — but the entire stay was seamless thanks to the incredible staff.
From the moment we arrived (in sub-zero temperatures, no less!), the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative. They truly made us feel at home.
A very special shoutout to Joe C., who went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. After we checked out, we realized that our son’s favorite stuffed bunny had been accidentally left behind. As any parent knows, this is the kind of situation that can quickly become heartbreaking. Joe initially searched the room but couldn’t find it. When we mentioned that our son loves to hide things, Joe didn’t stop there — he went back and searched everywhere. Sure enough, our little one had tucked the bunny inside a bag of extra bed linens!
Not only did Joe find it, but he carefully packaged it and shipped it back to us in NYC — and it arrived before our son even realized it was missing. That level of thoughtfulness and care is rare. Joe truly went above and beyond — ten stars wouldn’t be enough.
Thank you, Joe, and thank you to the entire team at Homewood Suites for making what could have been a stressful moment into such a special memory. We will absolutely be back!
The one suggestion I have- please get a curtain or extra heater near that front door! The staff was receiving all that cold air and really deserve some additional warmth!

We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites! Brittany was such a great help! Vanessa has made everything so easy from the start. Amazing hospitality — always accommodating, polite, and welcoming every time we saw her.
The manager Joe is AWESOME! There’s so much great to say about him. He is very hands-on, always ready to help, and constantly checks in to make sure guests are comfortable. He always speaks and truly makes you feel right at home. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant!
