Love the hotel and the convenience.
Pros:

They have been very accommodating and very pleasant. This was our 3rd stay and happy we found a nice place close to the Mayo Clinic.

Cons:

This stay we experienced people next door partying in the wee hours.

Stressful. They messed up my reservation and because of it I missed the whole purpose of my trip.
Pros:

Horrible experience and no manager on site to handle my issue

Policies don’t align with what booking states and they do nothing to help you out

Pros:

Registration was easy, but zero personalities. Pleasant and did their job. On the evening of May 5th, there was a gentleman working the front desk that was awesome!! He was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you! It had been a long day at the Mayo clinic and he was very much appreciated.

Cons:

Understand, but missed not having coffee. Had to get dressed for my morning coffee.
