Pros:

Convenient location to Mayo Clinic.

Cons:

Exceptionally unfriendly staff that made it aggressively clear in no uncertain terms how very inconvenienced they were to have to buzz us through the door, check us in, and answer basic questions.

Very strong musty odor in a room without a window that could be opened, despite being on the ground floor.

All this for nearly 300 a night during low season, mid-week, and in a basic room.

This is the first negative review I've ever felt inspired to write in my life.

We should have read reviews before booking...
Pros:

Breakfast was OK... ran out of Orange Juice for 2 days.
Had to change rooms due to Freeway noise.

Cons:

Toilet was small and low to the ground. Thermostat was very inconsistent. Bathroom light was not separated from the fan. Blackout curtain was not complete. Also the price was terrible vs value. $300 per night was too much for this location.

Pros:

The rooms are real roomy and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is nicely kept and looks great! We will definitely stay there again!!

Overall, an excellent place to stay for our purposes. Great location near everything needed.
Pros:

The staff conducted themselves with professionalism and approachable.

Cons:

There was a ladder set up against the hallway wall unattended as we approached our room. Pancake machine needed to have bag replaced and staff was slow to change.

Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Expensive! Not worth the price. Lots of freeway noise. For the price that I paid there should be a better breakfast!!

Pros:

It was good overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and location convenient. Close to Mayo Clinic.

Cons:

Hassle getting my security deposit back. Didn't happen in a week. Had to go to bank and start a process.

So so. Disappointing bc the prior stay was amazing.
Pros:

We checked in for three nights. I was having major surgery the next morning and would be staying there the next two nights. The AC in our room wasn’t working. I asked to move rooms. They brought a fan and were working on the room AC. We were moved to the last available room on the property at our request.. The AC worked well there, however, it was extremely loud coming on and off all night, and the room was next to the elevators and ice machine. We heard the door slamming for the ice machine room and hotel
rooms all night and early morning. My daughter called for late check out Sunday bc I was not feeling well. She was told they only allow 2 late check outs per floor, and our floor already had two requests. A supervisor was asked for but there was not one available. Ultimately, my daughter went downstairs and spoke to the desk clerk. She allowed us an extra hour, which was all we needed. It was not a good experience. Our stay two weeks before was great. This one was not. I will probably give them another try. The location to Mayo is great, the free breakfast is good, and there a lot of close restaurants and a few major retailers in a shopping center a few minutes away.

Cons:

Pros:

Location was good for us with easy access to the 101 and 51. No parking fee like all the Hilton associated hotels now.

Cons:

Room stunk like a dog kennel. Couldn't open any windows to air it out. Very pet friendly hotel.
