Pros:

The location was great as it is within walking distance of the Penang botanical gardens. Also good eating places nearby

Their staffs are very friendly.
Pros:

The OO white coffee is just downstairs, very convenient and easy to get good meal.
Very near to Youth Park and botanical garden.

Cons:

The heater is not enough hot. But overall is 👍

There are restaurants near the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is located by the roadside. The road is too busy even at midnight which causes noises. The tap water is too slow. The spoon and cup in the room are dirty. Bad lighting
