We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again! Extremely clean and quiet. Great place for our girls' trip to Branson!

Beds were comfy, staff is friendly and good location to the strip.

Close to everything without the feel of being in the middle of town. Spacious rooms. Lots of things for the whole family. Would definitely come back here again & again!

But they surprised me on time share after check in than got cold shoulder never help again

property was as advertised. We were very disappointed that Expedia did not disclose that this was a timeshare setup and that we would be pressured to attend a 2 hour presentation. We eventually just said a firm "no way" and refused to attend. Branson has many places like this one that promise half price tickets to various shows in exchange for sitting thru a timeshare presentation. Otherwise everything was OK.

First the reservation was t found in their system. But after you get checked in you have to go listen to a time share just to get your parking pass and of course they want money to hold your spot for time share speech and their really pushy

This is the second time I have stayed at the surrey. Once with my husband and another couple and this time with the girls from my Bible study. And will probably stay there again. It is conveniently located. We can get to the shows and restaurants with out any trouble. The resort is clean and the service is wonderful.

We didn't like that we actually had a couple bugs in the one bathroom the first night and the pool was totally overly clorined which burned our eyes so much we all got out within 1/2.hour

Our space was nice and it worked well for our family. The furniture in the living room looked a little worn and stained. However, I did not appreciate having to get my parking pass from someone trying to sell my a time share.

Cleanliness and the friendly staff.

We enjoyed this property. It was quiet and easy access to nearby attractions. The parking was easy. Check in closes at 7pm but there was a security guard on duty that checked us in at 10pm and he was super helpful.
The only thing I would add would be more washcloths (plenty of towels in room) and another blanket or 2 if you are planning to use the sofa bed.

Property is well managed and the rooms are amazing

Our 2B2B unit was nice in size but lacked cleanliness. One of the beds had a huge stain on the mattress that was discovered because the sheets were wet when we arrived. The floor in our kitchen area did not look like it had been mopped in months…only swept… and there was not a mop I the unit so we could clean it ourselves. The carpet had not been vacuumed either but rather kept “clean” with a roller sweeper. It left black residue on the bottom of our socks & shoes. Gross!

It’s a time share company The offer “free” show tickets. Hold your room key cards till you listen to there speech. Get you into a room to get a “parking pass”

Great friendly staff, clean room,safe and secure.

Restroom in condos are dirty and smells like urine. Good beds . Floors are dirty. Needs updating. Game room was good.!

Friendly service. Great rooms. Convenient location. This will most likely be our go-to location when we stay in Branson in the future.
