The location is soo serene, and the atmosphere is soo peaceful the entire staff is so welcoming and was always on the toes whenever you wanted anything. An absolute must visit and highly recommend place!

The location is very beautiful, great views of the river, you can walk down to the bank as well, the restaurant is very good, try the chicken jhakhiya, it’s the a great local preparation. Both Dhruvi and Amit took great care of us, much appreciated.

However it’s is located and takes time to teach from Rishikesh

The location is amazing, right on the bank of holy river, breathtaking view. The condition of the room s were very neat. Neha Rathi service was very professional and always on the toes to help and serve. Food was very nice, you could feel the amazing quality of the ingridients they use. Everything was super delicious. The whole staff was very cooperative. Best place to stay in Rishikesh.

It was a great experience at Raga on the Ganges. Neha did a wonderful job at the restaurant Burans - making us feel at home for all our meals. The property is excellent with a lot of things to do.

We had an exceptional stay at Raga! A few highlights are called out below. But overall 10/10, I would highly recommend staying at Raga on the Ganges. My husband and I traveled here from Colorado USA for reference for foreign travelers. We are so happy we found this gem and would absolutely return

Location is about an 45min-1hr outside of Rishikesh area. The short drive is convenient to access, but also nicely tucked away for a peaceful escape. The grounds are overlooking the Ganges and the morning trek is a great opportunity to walk along the banks of the river.

The grounds were stunning! Even in the winter season, the flowers and foliage were absolutely lovely. I found myself continuously admiring the layout. The owners did an excellent job planning. The graded hillside gives cottages privacy while maintaining a glorious view. There are peaceful, meandering walkways that bring you to alcoves for yoga and meditation. Absolutely beautiful

The room was very comfortable. The open floor plan opens to the stunning view outside. Perfect for a jet-lagged or travel-weary guest, if you’re too tired to leave the room you can still enjoy the beauty of the Ganges

We had two visits to the spa, and what a luxurious treat. Extremely relaxing, excellent massages, at very reasonably prices. Spa staff was professional and made us feel very comfortable. Sauna after a massage is highly recommended

The food was also very good! Everyday we had tasty choices with a large variety to choose from. There were also great pan-Asian options available. Both the dining hall (breakfast/dinner) and room service options were all delicious. Room service was efficient and convenient

Finally, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. In particular, we enjoyed meeting Carpal, Manooj, and Dhruvi. Dhruvi was a smiling face that greeted us every morning and wished us well in the evening. I’m sad that I didn’t get more folks’ names, because the entire dining staff was very kind and helpful.

Amazing experience, Fareena is very supportive coach specially for beginners.

Beautiful boutique property. Staff are very polite & curteous and nothing was too much. Rooms are comfortable but need a little updating. Food is very good, great choice of continental, Chinese & Indian food. The spa was good & the therapist are very proffessional. The views from the property are stunning and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Raga on the Ganges was an excellent choice. We stayed for 4 nights at rhe resort. It is located on the banks of .River Ganges.

Location: it is 30kms from Rishikesh town so no chance of eating out. However it is in the most peaceful surroundings with great views on the river and mountains.

Accommodation: it is a 4* property. The rooms were large with a seating area inside and outside the room. We enjoyed our morning tea outside whilst waiting for the sun to rise. Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower.

Dining: The resort has one restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar. We did visit the bar once and there was a good choice of drinks and finger food.
The dining restaurant was huge and overlooked the river. Choice of food was great and good quality.
The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to get some ginger tea made for us as we had a tiring day. Special mention goes to Dhruvi who was on her training programme. She was very professional and paid attention to our needs. Sagar and Amit also were great.

SPA: A small Spa with good treatments and reasonable pricing.

Staff: All the staff at theo resort were very helpful and well trained. Special mention goes to Tanuj who keep our refreshing drink. Ready when we returned from a long day's tour. He ferried us in the buggy to and from the restaurant- always with a big smile . Above all he filled is some bottles of oly water from the river. A big thank you.

I would recommend the resort to those looking for a friendly, peaceful and clean hotel for their stay in Rishikesh.
