I like the location of hotel and friendly staff.
Pros:

Easy to approach hotel, small room but very clean and today. Bedding was up to mark.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 402 da poco ristrutturata con pavimento e bagno moderni e puliti affaccio sulla strada e bella vista. Stanza nella sua semplicità funzionale ma elegante ed estremamente pulita con letti singoli comodi e dotati di buona biancheria. Eravamo arrivati prevenuti leggendo recensioni anche pessime.ma già dall'estero la struttura si presenta decorosa e in ottimo stato la facciata.
La reception è si datata ma tutto è pulito ed in ordine i pavimenti splendono come pure l'ascensore. I corridoi fatti in marmo saranno anni 80 ma sono tenuti in ottimo stato. Offrono il servizio deposito bagagli per noi indispensabile.
Abbiamo pagato 50 euro una doppia a Murcia che non è affatto economica credendo di dormire in un hotel decadente invece per noi è stato un ottimo 3 stelle

Cons:

È a mezz'ora a piedi dalla cattedrale ma tutto pianeggiante quindi piacevole passeggiata

Pros:

La ubicación no está en el centro centro pero se llega andando perfectamente en unos 15min y es una zona agradable de pasear. Las habitaciones no son las mejores aisladas del ruido pero nada grave. Por el precio que es no pido más.

Cons:

La almohada de la cama no era muy cómoda.

Calidad-precio idóneo
Pros:

Todo genial. Vi muchas malas reseñas antes de viajar pero nunca me suelo fiar mucho porque trabajo en el sector y se como funciona. Es cierto que el hotel está viejo y necesita una reforma urgente, pero por el precio tan bajo que pagué me pareció más que suficiente. La cama era cómoda, pude descansar bien y no había ruido. Solo usé el alojamiento para pernoctar y fue muy barato. Así que contento con la experiencia. Además, cerca del centro y com opción para aparcar delante y gratis.

Nada. Todo genial.

El aparcamiento no llega a ser aparcamiento. Es un antro. Estaban pintando la recepción cuando llegamos. Cosa muy cutre.

Mala insonorización, costaba mucho descansar, ruido de motos, camión de la basura, coches, gente...

Si tuviera ventanas con mejor aislamiento se descansaría mejor y subiría nota.
