Pros:

Really lovely and helpful cheerful staff who were very happy to help with anything. Never seen such happy people. Nice hotel and has everything that you need - the breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but typical and normal African fare, so not an issue. Close to beach which is within minutes walk.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. There as a cleanliness issues when I stayed there. There was lots of hair in the bathroom most likely from the previous guest that was not vacuumed. Other that everything was good

This hotel was terrible, I wonder why it has good reviews at all. The bedding was dirty, the ac did not work properly and rooms were not smelling pleasantly, we literally had to check in to another hotel across seascape because we were not going to sleep there. Book for this hotel at your own risk.

Affordable stay with Pool and small gym
Pros:

Very nice place to stay while in Dar es Salaam. The view from the 5th floor is amazing. Overall the staff is nice and the Hotel is comfortable.

Very clean, big rooms, beautiful, sea-breeze and quiet area. I will recommend anyone visiting Dar es Salaam to stay here.
