Staff was great and patient as they dealt with a large family reunion there for the weekend.
Breakfast was a little challenging as the staff had a hard time keeping up with the demand. They ran out of a lot of food at 9:45a and there were no bowls or knives available the rest of the serving period.

This stay at this Hilton location was one of the worst ever in all my years of a Hilton Honors member.
First, I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 20 years and this property is one of the worst I've ever stayed in as far as service and cleanliness. Bathroom not cleaned with staff just chatting on there cell phones, breakfast was a complete disaster when typically, this is a highpoint for an Embassy. They use a crazy breakfast system that I've Never seen any other Embassy use for serving guess food, it doesn't work well at all waiting 40 mins for an omelet. It also looked to be a nice restaurant attached to the actual hotel building, it's vacant and closed, not a good sign for a Hilton property. Won't stay here again

Parking was an issue. I was charged to park by the parking garage(an extra 42.50) even though I asked for it to be included.
