Location was great! Walked everywhere! Room was very big and spacious
Complimentary breakfast was a great option, but there was so many people that it was impossible really to get to the food and or enjoy it
Clean spacious rooms, great housekeeping crew. Liked the breakfasts & happy hours. Their concierge was fantastic!

Paying $3 each "in quarters" to wash & dry clothes & for soap. That's a bit steep. Happy hour limited to cheap beer, $4 upcharge for better beer. Bartender not very pleasant. Asked for an id when we are clearly old enough. Over yonder restaurant just ok. Burgers overcooked, dry. Parking is expensive at $40 for an overnight stay.

The location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful.
Some of the staff was not friendly. Twice we weren’t able to find a seat for breakfast despite coming an hour early. Once we stood on the breakfast line to order eggs for 45 minutes and were sent away after standing there for that long. They need to figure out a more efficient way to handle volume. Staff was overwhelmed and snippy. At the complimentary bar there was no explanation from the staff what drinks were allowed and which were not. If someone is there for the first time it would be nice to get a friendly explanation and not get barked at because we didn’t know what was allowed.

I absolutely loved everything! I will be recommending this hotel to everyone!
The facility was very clean . The front desk Mariah was super nice and professional. The cleaning staff was good as well, and BREAKFAST was better than I expected. I can't forget the conceigre Ms. Sheila who was so friendly she made the stay feel like home. Her interactions with the guests was top tier
