Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Perfekt um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Mit der 'dot Buslinie ' kann man kostenlos durch Savannah fahren. Diese hält 500 m entfernt.

Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden.

It was okay. The bed had a dip in it and wasn’t comfortable. Another person complained of the bed a
Pros:

The restaurant food was not good. The salmon was dry and unseasoned. The chicken tenders were out of the bag like something from Sam’s club. With the high quality of Embassy Suites, the restaurant food should be superb. They were out of so many menu items.

Cons:

Restaurant

Rooms Outdated & Major need of updates Most of staff was awesome
Pros:

While there were a few positive aspects, the rooms were extremely outdated and did not match the photos advertised for the 2-Room Queen suites. Most of the pictures are from 10+ years ago. The online images prominently feature walk-in showers, however, only a very limited number of rooms offer this option. Others have the tub/shower with a shower curtain barely covering tub.

Housekeeping was hit or miss. Upon arrival room not dusted, could write your name on the base of the lamps and end tables and continued to be so until we wiped them down ourselves. The breakfast and evening reception areas were also disappointing at times throughout our extended stay. Services often closed earlier than expected, and there appeared to be insufficient staffing on weekends to accommodate the large number of guests and reunion groups staying at the hotel. Tables frequently remained dirty and uncleared, making it difficult for smaller families to enjoy the common areas.

Although the lobby was attractive and welcoming, the condition of the rest of the property was poor. The majority of the hallway carpets were stained, torn, and visibly worn. Inside the rooms, tiles were chipped or lifting, furniture cushions were stained or ripped, and the sofa bed was so worn out that it was uncomfortable to sit on, sinking toward the middle. The beds themselves were comfortable, and our room maintained a pleasant temperature. One positive aspect of the property was the pool area, which was clean, well maintained, and consistently stocked with towels for guests.

The highlight of our stay was the evening/bar staff. Cherie was absolutely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely invested in creating a positive guest experience. Alexis was also very pleasant and professional. Todd at the front desk was equally helpful. Some of the F&B staff members working breakfast and evening reception came across as unfriendly and made guests feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location and a few outstanding employees.
