The breakfast was bountiful and well prepared. The responsiveness of the cook and servers were commendable . Each were responsive to needs with a. Smile.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was at walking distance from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom had two doors. The locks for both doors did not work. Somehow, we managed to get one working but the other one never worked. We did inform the reception about it. Hopefully they have fixed it after we left.
There was a mix up with booking.com and Embassy Suites drove all the way from Charlotte to be told they were overbooked
After being told they were overbooked and they did not have any rooms for us I open my credit card bill to find they charge me no show fees for the two rooms I booked.
The room were nice and clean.
No complaints
The hotel is in a good location near to the historic downtown area within easy walking of restaurants and attractions. It has convenient parking to its rear. The staff are friendly and the Consierge Sheila is very helpful in getting tickets. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. The happy hour at 5pm is an added attraction.
The two bedroom suite was great! Nice amount of space for two small families who wanted to stay together. The location is about a 15 min walk to the river walk area and the location was beautiful.
I wish there was a bigger fridge in the 2BR suite for left overs since there is a kitchenette. The value is worth it for the off season. It was expensive to pay the spring break premium, but still a wonderful place.

Prices were a bit higher than other hotels we’ve stayed in while traveling.
Mrs. Sheila, the concierge’s at Embassy Suites Hotel Savannah, was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of both the hotel and the Savannah area was outstanding. My husband and I was visiting for our anniversary, and she truly helped make our trip extra special. She connected us with a city tour guide, and the tour was incredibly educational and enjoyable. On top of that we had no idea Savannah’s St. Patrick’s day parade would be taking place during our visit, so that was such an exciting added bonus. Mrs. Sheila also shared wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to see while visiting the city, which made our stay even more memorable.She was truly a joy to work with and such a wonderful representative of your company. Her Kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Mrs Sheila was definitely one of the highlights of our experience
We had a suite with a bedroom (2 queen beds) and a pullout sofa in the living room. The room was spacious and well designed (jack and jill bathroom between the living room and bedroom worked well!). Everything was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was excellent (loved the zucchini bread!) - there was plenty to choose from, lots of good protein options, got our family filled up and ready for a day of sight-seeing! Didn't get to use our reception tickets, but appreciated the thought.
It would have been nice for the outdoor pool to be heated or have a hot tub.
Sheila our concierge was super. Highly recommend her.
