The beds were very uncomfortable . The pillows were not fluffy and were flat as tea bags . Very disappointing for the price we paid.

Amazing Hotel, Location & Food
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast and restaurant was great. Location was great. Walking distance to downtown. Hotel was clean. Gym was nice.

Cons:

Last night they ran out of food. Some of the guests were blatantly disrespectful as in staring at AA guests. We thought it was just us until we spoke with other AA guests.

Liked the suite concept. Lots of school age kids there.

It was fine for a brief stop, but I would not stay there again because of location and cost of parking! Love Embassy usu
Pros:

It was clean and beds were comfortable. Grandson enjoyed the pool. The omelets at breakfast was good except they lost our order and we were the last to get ours.

Cons:

The front desk and concierge wasn’t polite and concierge was more interested in phone than answering our questions. The location was in historical district, but not as near the main area that we wanted to visit. Also wasn’t close to eateries.

Pros:

Very nice room and comfortable.

Cons:

Check in staff was not friendly at all. No smiling or welcome at all. I expected more from a higher rate hotel. I am a widow and a soon to be retired teacher and my first stay by myself. Signage walking back from the Riverfront was very difficult to see.
