Wonderful experience
Pros:

Friendly staff, great breakfast, free snacks and drinks in the evening, clean, large room, great location

Cons:

The sinks were draining very slow

The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of room for our group of 5.
Pros:

Visually appealing/clean and happy hour/snacks were awesome!

Cons:

Parking was an issue. I was charged to park by the parking garage(an extra 42.50) even though I asked for it to be included.

Our suit room was next to the elevators was very loud people were coming in and out of the elevator laughing talking , on top of this ac unit was next to our bed and it was working so loud that we had to shut down the ac and suffer in the heat .

The staff at this hotel is amazing! Employees Nigeria, Blue and Nahomes were the absolute best. Because of the service I received from dining to housekeeping I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Much needed vacation
Pros:

This was a much needed vacation for my family and me. Most of the staff was very accommodating especially Blue, Nigeria, in the dining area and Nahome in housekeeping. Blue and Nigerian were so kind and started our day each day with a smile as they delivered our food during breakfast. Nahome took care of our rooms with a smile. All three made our stay a pleasant one. Kudos to them. It's because of staff like them we will make Embassy suites out first choice. Thanks

Room was spacious for my family. Staff was really friendly. Hotel was very clean.
