Really comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, good coffee!!!!
Pros:

Everything actually. A tiny bit hard to find but great place.

Cons:

Only disappointment was no place for dinner, so either had to order in or got out to find food. Not a biggie, though.

Good Quiet Hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, extremely quiet away from the highway. Sleep quality was excellent and the breakfast up to standard for a Hampton Inn.

Cons:

We found the room lighting very dark with insufficient lights!

Unprofessional.
Cons:

The manager was not professional with my issue at all they charged me TWICE for one night. Showed her they charged twice and just said the the atm and computer is connected so on their end it’s only charge once but when I showed her on my banking that they in fact charged twice she was not listening. As I walked away her and her older receptionist talk about me. I turned and said end of it no need to keep talking about me as I walked away out the management snapped her eyes and still talked about me. I even called customer service for my Mastercard and they even said they charged me twice. Now I look again and they charge me for another payment of 237.00 for what ugh so I’m totally they charged me 860.60 for ONE night that started off being only 200$.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks
Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great service throughout, which made the experience even better. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a nice perk and a convenient way to start the day.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I felt it was well-maintained. That said, the bed was a bit on the stiff side for my liking, and the pillows were flatter than I prefer, which made it slightly less comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, cycling on and off throughout the night.
Despite those small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.
