Staff are very accomodating, The ambiance is good for people who want to experience old classic like vibe with nature other than modern style.
Due to high amount of reservations and ongoing stay, and demands of costumers, experience of stay may have affect the overall quality of service. Such as maybe lack of staffing and not getting all room service done daily, lack of parking when people have cars (should be well explained on advertisement) for inconviency purposes of future costumers.
The location is great. It’s near the PICC, where we attended the graduation ceremony. The buffet breakfast is also very good, considering the room rate.
Perfect location
Previous stay
Near to major places and easy transport
Old, needs renovation
Well situated for my needs.
I’ve stayed at Orchid Gardens many times, but this was a real disappointment. I paid for a premium room. Horrible aircon. Old worn facilities. A toilet barely working. Hot water only warm. TV not working. No tea bags, coffee, milk.
Location and staff are very friendly and responsive
Bathroom did not flush initially
Tv didn’t work
The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly
The room could’ve been more cleaner.
Perfect location if you are there for US EMBASSY APPOINTMENT.
Just need to improve with the cleaning. Floors in the room should be mop properly and toilet floor as well. Aircon should be check for maintenance its full of dust.
Master bedroom
Chambre spacieuse eau chaude
Piscine à l’ombre
It's not our first time in this hotel, the room was good big enough for my family.
But the aesthetic of the room is not appealing. It looks very old and needs interior improvement. Its not our first time to stay in this hotel, but the breakfast this time isn't that ok. There is not much choices like before.
We stayed overnight in a Family Suite, which was absolutely perfect for us and our four children. A huge highlight for me was the continental breakfast; I was so happy to see them serving crispy danggit with fermented suka (vinegar)—a delicious touch! The next morning, my daughter and I took a dip in the pool. Swimming under the shade of mango trees with a cool breeze blowing was incredibly relaxing. The staff offered us towels without them asking, bravo!
The location is very accessible to local parks and convenience stores. We even walked to Harbour Square for dinner, which turned out to be a fun little adventure for the whole family.
The only minor issue we encountered in the family suite room was a broken bathroom door, but we managed just fine during our short stay.
det var et rigtigt godt hotel med meget service minded persionale. en rigtig god oplevelse.
rigtig god verieret morgenmad.
om natten blev der flyttet rundt på nogle møbler overover os på den øverste etage?
og internettet var meget langsomt.
