Suite room's kitchenette,Useless. Not Fully-equipped. No Stovetop, not Microwave.
Pros:

I booked for my family weekend staycation as a gift.. My family said, overall experience if alright. PROS-Very accmmodating staff, we appreciate that they put an extra bed to accommodate 5 people for a two- bedrom suite for 4 people. Spacious Rooms, good breakfast- the scambled egg was v. Good! Pool was clean.

Cons:

My only disappointment- was finding out that the Kitchenette in the 2-bedroom suites is not fully equipped , as shown on the photos and as mentioned in room. details. It's all but just a sink, with refrigerator and an electric kettle. No microwave or stovetop at all. So, it's so incovenient that if you brought food or snacks, nothing in there to warm the food. Their CSR told me, i that's just it. But upom request, they'd provide plates and utensils. Therefore, i hope they may change /update the old photos displayed, and revise the room details, so client won't expect a fully - equipped kitchenette .

The bathroom had black mold there were roaches beds were dirty. wifi was non existent and the wifi that popped up was unsecured so don't connect to it

It was pleasant.
Pros:

The room was relatively big. Aircon was cold. Appreciated also having a refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

The parking is very limited. It was a good thing the security guard is very accommodating in helping the drivers in the tight parking space.

Bathroom needs some improvement. Chipped tiles and no handle on shower enclosure. paint on shower enclosure is crisp and falling on the floor. Tissue roll, too far when you’re sitting on the toilet .

The hotel is in Malate, in a very good location.
We needed a place with a parking area, which they certainly had.
They also have a pool, although we couldn't try it because of the short time we spent there.
The beds were comfortable, the view was nice (we had a family suite), the air-con was strong enough, and the bathroom was clean.
The staff is full of nice and smiling people, everybody was helpful and kind.

Cons:

My only problem with the hotel was a very weak internet connection. We really needed it because of our flight booking and last arrangements but eventually we had to buy data again. That was disappointing.

It was good except for a few inconveniences.
Pros:

I liked the room, the space and how it accommodated my family of four.
I truly liked the vintage design and how the hotel lobby looked, which brings you to the old pre-war setting. I loved how friendly and helpful All the staff were.

Cons:

First, maybe the hotel should check plumbing system, especially flushing of water closet.
Second, when I ate breakfast on the first day, the buffet plates were dusty, I had two attempts to change my plate. The food was not really worth the price of the buffet. This is why I did not choose the option of getting the room with breakfast.

It was like going in, in an old abandoned hotel, where dust goes out of the aircon
Pros:

The staff was great

Cons:

The room was not as we expected it to be, but great view. Tv doesn't work as expected, no complimentary slippers, the bed was clean, there were no roaches, but we can hear every voice from outside the room and vice versa. We liked the hospitality but the place is not at par with the staff. 1,200 was a good price but we can get a better place with a great view for the same price at an airbnb. Its not the staffs fault its mostly the hotel itself I guess.
