Ausreichend für eine Nacht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, man könnte zu Fuß zu den Pyramiden von uxmal gehen. Wir sind spät am Abend angekommen und das Pool hatte noch offen, bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, da das Hotel sich gut für Rundreisen eignet.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist nicht sauber, das Waschbecken war garnicht gereinigt, bei Nachfrage wurde es aber sofort gereinigt. WLAN gibt es nur in der Lobby. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem alt und laut, wir konnten kaum schlafen. Beim inkludierten Frühstück gibt es kein Buffet, man kann mehr zahlen oder einfach ein amerikanisches Frühstück nehmen. Das Hotel ist ausreichend für eine Nacht als Stopp, aber länger sollte man dort nicht bleiben

Nice bed, views of ruins, attractive outdoor space, ac was strong, shower was hot with good pressure, room was large and had a balcony, restaurant food was good and servers were nice.

Cons:

I was told the room I booked and paid in full on booking was not available. At that same moment 2 more of the same rooms were being advertised on booking as available. I was forced to pay $300 extra for an "upgrade" in order to stay at the hotel. The ceiling had a huge obvious unfixed leak and water dripped above the toilet constantly.

Absolutně nekuřácký hotel. Bazen a jeho okolí super. Jen byla studená voda. Restauraci nedoporučuji. Jídlo i drinky otřesné. Nepohodlné postele. Žádné posezení na balkoně. Nepohodlné postele. Wifi nefungovala. Bylo nutno se přilojit pouze v lobby. Personál byl velmi ochotný. Slečna recepční byla nápomocná. Lokalita úžasná.
Výhoda hotelu je skvělá lokalika a klid.

Nice hotel, bad business
Pros:

The room was spacious, the AC worked well, and the balcony provided a view over the region (because the area is so flat you could see the tops of the Uxmal ruins and miles beyond). The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were very professional and kind.

Cons:

The reception would not accept our booking and required us to pay for an upgraded room in order to check in. There are very few hotels in this area so we had no choice but to pay.

Great staff!
Pros:

The staff. Ricardo, at the reception was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to speak with. Many staff people were busy doing repairs to things. The people who seemed responsible for the pool were attentive to cleaning the pool. The staff persons were very good. It is the infrastructure of the hotel that needs upgrading in a serious way. Elevator and wifi for sure. Hot water would be nice!

Cons:

No elevator, wifi barely worked, no hot water, air conditioning was not strong. These are important factors. We also had to pay an additional $600. Mx. For a room that had a coffee pot and mini fridge which we thought was included. Booking.com has given us a credit.

Great quiet stay
Pros:

Location is perfect. The view of Uxmal in the distance from my room was really lovely. This is not a modern property but it does the job. Very helpful staff. I tried everything local on the menu and was pleasantly surprised
