It’s close to Coles and surrounding area that’s why liked it

Cons:

The receptionist behaviour was very rude. She charged us extra $130 from bond money which is never except able. We been to so many places Australia but never had any issues but with this property we had to pay extra amount for very simple things.

Reception staff were very professional and friendly ( BIG thumbs-up ), and the location was great.

A member of the reception staff was extremely rude.

Shower in bath hard to turn on due to screen.

Internal stairway to unit - you should be asked if this suits as I have a knee injury.

Close to shops and the CBD, quiet, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location - within a 30 second walk to shops, and close to the CBD. Amazing, friendly staff. Off street parking - dedicated car spot, and great, quiet, clean rooms.
