Enjoyable as always bring on the smart TVs

Love the spacious rooms the comfortable beds and the fact they all have a kitchen and two bathrooms
Close to the airport and Airport Shuttle

No smart TVs so you can't watch Netflix

Close to both airports, shuttle service, value for money.
Ground floor suits us as saves hauling suitcases up stairs.

Cons:

No instructions for Air-conditioning systems.

Be good to have a list of food places in area that can deliver or drive to.

Pros:

Close to the airport - convenient for late night arrivals. Unit was well equipped, including a washing machine with laundry detergent.

Cons:

Only one staff manning the reception at night who also has to drive the airport shuttle. It led to a near 30min wait for him to come and a queue at reception for check in when he was back. Paid $7.50/pax but he didn’t even provide any vehicle seat restraints though I told him about our kids age, and drove fast around corners and my kids were tossed around. Hand soap was situated too high above the counter and kids couldn’t reach it.
