Quite and Comfy, but disappointed with no shuttle services.
Pros:

The room is clean, it is a bit aged but still quite nice and comfortable. It were stated there is a shuttle bus with charges, however, the shuttle services was down and it was very disappointing.

Cons:

I have early flight, so i purposely book this hotel so that i can get shuttle in the odd hours. However, it was down at the last minutes. It is very disapointed to us and we have to pay extra to extend my rental cars services so that we can catch the flight. It incurred additional cost to us and make the booking of the airport hotel pointless to us. We should've gotten a homestay somewhere.

近場にファストフード店がある事

手入れはそれなりにされていたが5月上旬で朝晩涼しいのに小さなゴキブリが複数出た

Very clean
Great bed and shower
How wonderful to go home from your holiday having done all your washing
A bonus

Cons:

Not much to do around there but you can walk to lots of places or get an Uber
Nice parks and a beautiful walk along the Swan River to breakfast at the hotel on the deck.
Being close to the airport was very comforting
